About: I’m an Animal Science major with a lifelong love for animals! I grew up with two dogs and have experience caring for both dogs and cats for friends and family. About: I took a very active role in caring for my family dog until he tragically passed from cancer in 2019. I have also dog-sat for neighbors’ pets with particular dietary needs. Currently, I’ve been told by roommates that I have a very calming presence with our house dog. I work part time primarily in the evenings and when not working, I often have community theater rehearsals on weeknights. During the Mizzou school year I will have some classes during the day, though for no more than a few hours at a time. My current house is not available for pet boarding unless specifically negotiated. The property has a non-fenced yard and one resident dog, who does behave well with other animals. Neighborhood is safe, well-paved, and walkable.
About: I have about 3+ years experience with watching / taking care of dogs. I’ve had my fair share of experiences knowing what they can and can’t eat and what questions to ask regarding a dogs diet. I have experience staying over night with dogs (at my place or theirs), going over to their place and taking care of them for a few hours, and of course walking dogs. If your pet has a social attitude and gets along well with others we can allow “free range play.” If your pet has a difficult time with another dog, I will create separation in the environment allowing equal love and play breaks with up to three activities daily. At doggy daycare I have worked with all sizes and ages of dogs and am comfortable with all of them. I am currently and student at The University of Missouri but am still able to come to your house to watch your pet. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
