About: I have over 5 years of pet-sitting experience and have had dogs my entire life, giving me extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs of various breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. While my yard is not fenced, pets are always supervised outdoors and can be kept on long leads for safe exercise and exploration when appropriate. I never allow pets off-leash unless specifically instructed by the owner and it is safe to do so. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their established routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while keeping their environment clean and secure. I understand that trust is important when someone is caring for a beloved pet, so I maintain open communication and provide regular updates and photos. I also pay close attention to each pet's behavior and needs to ensure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my time with them.

“Taylor was great! She came over the day before to meet the doggies. Even though the times I originally requested were a little difficult for her schedule that day (it was last minute,) she did all she could to make it as close as possible- and ended up being there about the time I had requested anyway. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. I really appreciate all the attentiveness; and the above and beyond she provided for my babies. Most importantly, the dogs seemed to really like her too. :) We are already planning for her to return. About: I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. I’ve held temporary jobs that had little to no personal meaning but getting the opportunity to spend time caring for animals seems to give it a bit more of a purpose, which I enjoy. We have 4.5’ fenced in big yard that will allow your dog to run freely. We also live in a quiet neighborhood and have the ability to go on leashed walks whenever we like.

About: I have a senior pet myself. She is a 15 year old shitzu that I trained (If you know about shitzus they can be very sassy/stubborn lol). I have also raised two of my cats from 6 weeks old. Both my dog and cats are very friendly and tolerable. My boyfriend is home most of the day. I am a waitress so I don’t go into work until 4 or later usually I get out at 9-10 but usually earlier. Besides that I am always home. I care for pets that I am watching just like I would my own! My apartment building has a big yard and i have many good pet friendly parks very close by. I have multiple dog toys, treats, and dog bed (but my dog is small) I also have multiple cat towers, scratchers, toys, and treats. My pets are feed 3x a day morning, noon, and night. My dog is walked at least 2x a day not including potty breaks.

About: I have cared for pets for over 7 years now. I adore both dogs and cats and I genuinely enjoy loving on them and spending time with them! I have had multiple pets of my own (including dogs, cats, fish, and a turtle!) so I am familiar with all things feeding, walks, play time, snuggles, and medicine if needed. My classes are never longer than 2 hours so I able to come to your house frequently. I also play softball so I have classes that range from 1-3 hours. At your home, I will keep your house secure by locking all doors behind me and always keeping your dog on a leash (unless otherwise specified).

About: My family has had at least one cat my entire life, even as many as 7 at one time when my mom rescued a kitten litter from a busy street. At a young age I learned to both love animals and to treat them with care. In my dad’s home we had a great big dog raised from a puppy, and as a college student I especially miss being able to take a dog on a nice summer walk. I’m currently working part-time in the evenings most days of the week. My schedule varies from week to week but I am reliably available before 3pm daily. I make time to give my cats enrichment daily and play with them in a run to get those zoomies out. My cats are slightly fat from how I like to treat them, but I do not share human food. I would do the same for any pet sitting situation in addition to following the dietary guidelines if your pet needs to eat less treats. Additionally, I would be taking my own tax of pets and ear scratches if the client is willing.

I have experience working with multiple dogs, administering medication, and doing basic training work. Most special needs can be accommodated. Plus your dog will definitely receive lots of love from myself and the rest of the family. I currently work from home and have plenty of time to spend with your pups. I am available on weekdays and weekends for walks, drop in visits, and overnights I believe dogs require adequate exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation to truly thrive. About: Growing up with 2 dogs taught me to care and love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I also cared for my aunts two dogs and two cats each summer since 2020 while she travels out of town. Im comfortable with feeding routines, litter boxes, and I love taking dogs on walks and giving fur babies lots of love and attention! About: I have about 3+ years experience with watching / taking care of dogs. I’ve had my fair share of experiences knowing what they can and can’t eat and what questions to ask regarding a dogs diet. I have experience staying over night with dogs (at my place or theirs), going over to their place and taking care of them for a few hours, and of course walking dogs. I’ve had experience taking care of older dogs, about 13+ years old, and younger ones, roughly 4-5 years old. I am currently working on a thesis for graduate school and my schedule is rather flexible. I have time most mornings, afternoons, and evenings to take care or watch over dogs. I am also able to dog sit at the owners place if need be. I live with my parents so I probably wouldn’t be bring the dog home too often, but I’m pretty active and would take dogs on walks throughout the day. At a clients place, I like to chase them around for a bit at times and play around with them occasionally. I have a lot of energy so I have no problem with younger dogs.

About: I’ve been a relied upon neighborhood pet sitter for dogs, cats, chickens, and reptiles for at least 12 years. Ive also fostered “bottle baby” kittens on and off for my local humane society for 3 years. I have learned how to read the body language of and understand the needs of many species of pets, and I understand the importance of listening to human direction while working with pets. I am currently between jobs and about to engage in a short term Americorps VISTA position out of state between June and August. I often pick up local volunteer shifts at the Central MO Humane Society and at Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture, however my schedule is very flexible. I am very experienced in working within clients’ homes, whether it has been for pet sitting, house cleaning, or even entering homes to provide social services. Every home and homeowner is unique, and I pride myself in my ability to leave spaces at least as wonderful as I find them.
