About: I have always had dogs as pets so they are what I know best! My doggy duties started when I was a young teen and would let my neighbors dog out after school. I would also spend the day with the dog while they would be on day trips. I dog sit for coworkers as needed and this sometimes includes cat care too. I have a bearded dragon so I’m familiar with them too. I have had a friends small dog stay at my house while they traveled and they got along well with my dog:) My teenage son is an animal lover too so he enjoys spending time with all pets:) I work full time during the week so I can only do walks or drop-ins after 6pm. On the weekends, I am available any time for any service. Over night stays at my house I can only do Fridays and Saturdays. No fenced in yard at my home but I walk my dog/spend time outside with him as needed. He stays in his kennel while I’m at work. I will care for your pet at your home as needed or wanted.

About: I’ve been around and caring for animals my entire life. At home, I have two high-energy Golden Retrievers, which has given me experience with pets that have different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. One of my Golden Retrievers has severe storm anxiety, so I’ve learned how to stay patient, recognize signs of stress, and help calm nervous animals in a safe and comforting way. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have been looking after my neighbors’ pets since I was young, gaining experience with feeding, walking, playing with, and providing attentive care for a variety of animals. My lifelong experience with pets has made me responsible, dependable, and genuinely passionate about animal care. I work a part time job at a car wash. I work 3-4 5 hour shifts a week either morning or afternoon, and I will always be off before 7! I have always taken pet safety very seriously. When caring for dogs, I never allow them outside without a leash or properly fitted harness unless they are in a secure, fenced-in area. I make it a priority to closely supervise pets whenever they are outdoors to ensure their safety. I am especially cautious with small breeds and always keep a watchful eye on them, particularly at night. I understand the importance of preventing accidents and creating a safe, secure environment where pets can be comfortable and protected.

“Taylor was great! She came over the day before to meet the doggies. Even though the times I originally requested were a little difficult for her schedule that day (it was last minute,) she did all she could to make it as close as possible- and ended up being there about the time I had requested anyway. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. I really appreciate all the attentiveness; and the above and beyond she provided for my babies. Most importantly, the dogs seemed to really like her too. :) We are already planning for her to return. I have been caring for my dog for 11 years and before that I watched friends’ dogs for long periods of time. If you couldn’t tell, I absolutely LOVE all dogs. Dogs hold a very special place in my heart, and I am an extremely trustworthy person to leave your 4-legged family member with! I understand the importance of finding a walker/ sitter you can trust as I do not trust just anyone to take care of my own pup, and I will do an excellent job of keeping your baby safe and happy. I would be so happy to walk, feed, and play with your dog! I will adjust my schedule to whatever your pet requires! I am very enthusiastic about taking care of dogs, so your pup will be my number 1 priority. The main thing I care about is NEVER leaving your dog unattended!! About: I’ve have cared for animals my entire life, including raising a dog when I was 13. I am also am a regular dog sitter for a family with an elderly dog so can handle any age group! I have potty trained dogs and cats, so I love the responsibility of teaching young animals new things. I am excited to meet all the animals in Columbia. About: I have had pets since I was 12 years old. I now have a Shiba Inu, my previous pets were two cats and three Golden Retriever. I am a journalist working mostly from home, so I have time during weekdays (early morning, lunch break and evening) and especially on the weekends.
