“Erin did a great job taking care of my puppy for the weekend! When I went to drop Lottie off she brought her dog down so that they could meet on neutral territory, which was really nice and during the weekend she text me updates and pics every day. I liked that she only took one pet at a time in addition to hers, that made me feel much safer leaving my puppy there. I would definitely recommend and use her services again!”

“Alexis was perfect! She took care of my two cats while I was gone for the weekend- and was very communicative letting me know every detail I had asked for and more which I appreciated. “Rebecca took amazing care of my two cats. She kept their food bowls filled and their water fountain and litter boxes clean. You could tell from the photos and videos that the fur balls really appreciated her visits. Will definitely use her again when the need arises. Highly recommended.”

“Shannon did an amazing job. Our cats are on the shy side but she was able to get a few pics of them. Shannon went above and beyond and brought our trash bin into the garage and even brought our mail in the house! We will definitely hire again!”

“Amanda was incredibly wonderful! Truthfully, five stars is not a high enough rating for her. Amanda is very kind, extremely patient, and will take care of your fur babies as if they were her own. She will do her absolute best to ensure that you and your pet are comfortable in her home while you are away. I loved all of the pictures and updates! If you are a crazy pet parent, or worried about your fur-child(ren), your fear will be resolved with Amanda. I would very highly recommend her to anyone, and will definitely be booking with her in the future!”

“Responded right away when I had a last minute need. Sent me photos and a video during the day. Place was very nice, clean, smelled good. She was friendly. My dog seemed to have a great time!”

“My dog has been getting daycare services with Ximena for about 3 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. Ximena is literally the most lovely and kind person I have ever met. She treats my dog as if she's one of her own. Ximena and her family are truly lovely people who genuinely love dogs. They always go above and beyond during my dogs visits, take tons of photos and give consistent updates. They cater to my dog and take such good care of her. I'm so happy that I found Ximena and I have no plans of ever taking her anywhere else.”

“Fawn absolutely LOVES going to Christine's. Her dog, Daisy and Fawn are good buddies. A big plus s that Christine plays with Fawn. Fawn loves balls and Christine mixes up the variety of balls. I swear, when Fawn goes inn Christine's house and finds all the toys she has set up for the day's play, Fawn turns back and looks at me with the biggest, wide eyes and SMILE, I have ever seen on a dog. I recommend Christine if you are looking for a great care giver for your little dog.”

“Great experience! Shannon and her husband are great and are obviously pet lovers! We have a nervous doggie and Shannon sent pics and updates. Will totally request them again!”

“Caleb accepted our last minute booking and was very accommodating. We had a really early drop off and a late pickup and they had no issue with that. Curry had a great time with their family. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs daycare services!”

About: My home is a dog lover's dream — two friendly dogs already live here and are always ready to make new friends. We have a fully fenced backyard (please make sure your pets are on flea and tick medicine as ticks have been bad this year), loads of indestructible toys (thanks, BarkBox!), and an open-door policy between inside and out, so your pup can roam, play, and lounge whenever they please. I work from home full-time, which means your dog is never left alone — I'm always here. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, in the bed, wherever they're happiest. This is their vacation too. Whether your dog needs a playmate, a cozy couch to nap on, or both, they'll feel right at home. Pet care is genuinely woven into my day, not something I have to carve out time for. Since I work from home full-time, I'm always present — whether that's taking a mid-morning break to play in the backyard, keeping an eye on the pack while I'm at my desk, or just being available if anyone needs a cuddle or a quick romp outside. My own two dogs set the rhythm of the day — morning energy bursts, afternoon lounging, outdoor time whenever the mood strikes. Guest dogs just fold right into that routine. There's always someone to play with, always a sunny spot to nap in, and always a human nearby. My home is set up to be as dog-friendly as possible. The backyard is fully fenced, so dogs have safe, free access to outdoor space all day long — no leash required for backyard time. Inside, they're treated like family: furniture is fair game, the bed is open, and there are plenty of indestructible toys to keep them entertained. With two resident dogs already in the mix, guest dogs are never bored or lonely. There's always a playmate available, and I'm always nearby since I work from home full-time. I keep a close eye on group dynamics to make sure everyone is comfortable and playing nicely. I aim to keep routines as close to what your dog is used to as possible — feeding schedules, rest time, outdoor play — so the transition feels easy and low-stress for them. My goal is simple: your dog goes home happy, tired, and already looking forward to their next visit.
About: My family has had cats ever since I was 12, I also rescued a goldendoodle 8 years ago and he has been my best friend ever since. I love all types of animals, and have experience with rabbits, horses, guinea pigs, and hamsters as well. I have been pet sitting and dog walking as a vet student for over a year now. I am a veterinary student in my clinical rotation years. I live in a duplex, meaning I have my own house with no roommates. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I can pet sit from your house if you have multiple pets and are gone for days or pet sit from my own place if you have just a cat or a smaller dog. I live in a duplex at the moment by myself without any pets, but I pet sit for friends a lot, driving over to their places to let the dogs out/walk them, feed the cats/dogs/fish and clean the litter boxes, make sure the water bowls are filled, etc.
“Jennifer and James were such a God-send when Spenser and I were getting married last week!! Our wedding venue allowed for our doggie to be present at the ceremony (she walked the aisle in a flower collar and pearl leash :)!) but not reception, and so we needed not only a dog sitter but one who would be willing to pick up our girl from the wedding venue! James was happy to do it, showed up right on time, and our Chewie happily went with! They sent us cute pics of our babygirl relaxing on their couch and playing in their backyard during the wedding reception. It really put us at ease. We've never had to turn to Rover for dog sitting, usually we have family do it (obviously not an option when the whole family and friend-crew is at the wedding), but now that we know how amazing James and Jennifer are, we are forever grateful and liable to ask for their help again! Thanks SO much!!”

About: I have a senior pet myself. She is a 15 year old shitzu that I trained (If you know about shitzus they can be very sassy/stubborn lol). I have also raised two of my cats from 6 weeks old. Both my dog and cats are very friendly and tolerable. My boyfriend is home most of the day. I am a waitress so I don’t go into work until 4 or later usually I get out at 9-10 but usually earlier. Besides that I am always home. I care for pets that I am watching just like I would my own! My apartment building has a big yard and i have many good pet friendly parks very close by. I have multiple dog toys, treats, and dog bed (but my dog is small) I also have multiple cat towers, scratchers, toys, and treats. My pets are feed 3x a day morning, noon, and night. My dog is walked at least 2x a day not including potty breaks.
“Alexis is always flexible and has helped me out last minute multiple times. She is very nice and has a calm demeanor. Her dog Scout is very friendly and energetic and gets my dog to play, which, as a single doggo child, is really needed!”

“My first experience with Rover was supposed to be with a veteran wife and mother of two. Instead it was with a man in a house with blacked out windows and probably a healthy dose of Benadryl for my dog. Mercifully my second experience was with Elliot and was absolutely perfect! He invited me into his home, introduced me to his partner and sent me daily updates with photos. I didn’t even know this was an option! I will absolutely recommend him to everyone and use his services again. I can’t thank you enough for taking care of my dog!”

About: I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals, so caring for dogs, cats, and other pets has always been a natural part of my life. Over the years, I’ve raised and trained dogs from puppyhood to their senior years, and I understand the different needs at every stage. What sets me apart is the blend of lifelong experience, patience, and genuine love for animals. I know how to handle high-energy pups who need extra playtime, provide gentle care for senior pets, and create a safe, comfortable environment for every dog in between. With two friendly dogs of my own, a Vizsla and a Wirehaired Griffon, your pup will have both human and canine companionship during their stay. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be home often, which means I can check in on your pup or cat throughout the day and give them plenty of attention. I'll make sure your pets have companionship, consistency, and comfort while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly space with plenty of room to play, rest, and feel at ease. “Alisa has been a fabulous dog sitter and walker for my Kima girl. She’s 100% dependable and reliable. She’s great with sending photos and updates. She’s been very good with making sure that Kima has her booties on and isn’t walked too long on hot Phoenix days. I’ve always felt comfortable having her stay in my home while I’m away to care for Kima. I can’t rave enough about Alisa. I highly recommend her!”
“Martina is great! Our German Shepherd loves his walks with her and she is working great at getting our golden to warm up and go for walks, which might not ever happen but always appreciate the effort and initiative!!”

About: Hi there! I’m a third year vet student looking to help out local pet parents this summer. Because of my veterinary medical background, I am highly comfortable with everything from energetic pups and senior animals to administering medications and recognizing subtle behavioral needs. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping your pets happy, healthy, and safe while you're apart. As a veterinary student, my summer schedule is highly flexible. I am available for dog walks, drop in visits, and overnight pet sitting on weekends and weekdays. I provide expert care in your home. About: I have always had dogs as pets so they are what I know best! My doggy duties started when I was a young teen and would let my neighbors dog out after school. I would also spend the day with the dog while they would be on day trips. I dog sit for coworkers as needed and this sometimes includes cat care too. I have a bearded dragon so I’m familiar with them too. I have had a friends small dog stay at my house while they traveled and they got along well with my dog:) My teenage son is an animal lover too so he enjoys spending time with all pets:) I work full time during the week so I can only do walks or drop-ins after 6pm. On the weekends, I am available any time for any service. Over night stays at my house I can only do Fridays and Saturdays. No fenced in yard at my home but I walk my dog/spend time outside with him as needed. He stays in his kennel while I’m at work. I will care for your pet at your home as needed or wanted.
About: Hi! I'm a dependable and caring animal lover who understands that pets are family. Whether your furry friend needs a walk, drop-in visit, overnight care, or a safe place to stay, I'm committed to providing the same love, attention, and patience I'd give my own pets. I believe every pet has a unique personality, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and needs so they feel comfortable and secure while you're away. I'm happy to care for dogs of all sizes and energy levels, and I'm comfortable following specific feeding schedules, administering basic medications, and providing plenty of exercise, playtime, and cuddles. I know how important it is to have peace of mind when you're away from your pet, so I'll keep you updated with regular photos and messages throughout each visit. My goal is to make your pet feel happy, safe, and loved while giving you confidence that they're in good hands. I look forward to meeting you and your four-legged family members! I am currently in between jobs, so my schedule is completely open to taking care of your fur baby while you are away. You’re dog will get plenty of attention while in my care. I have one playful, loving fur baby of my own to keep yours entertained. Can be crated if you prefer while i’m away from home. Will always have the option to water, food, toys, play time/outside time.
About: I’ve been around and caring for animals my entire life. At home, I have two high-energy Golden Retrievers, which has given me experience with pets that have different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. One of my Golden Retrievers has severe storm anxiety, so I’ve learned how to stay patient, recognize signs of stress, and help calm nervous animals in a safe and comforting way. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have been looking after my neighbors’ pets since I was young, gaining experience with feeding, walking, playing with, and providing attentive care for a variety of animals. My lifelong experience with pets has made me responsible, dependable, and genuinely passionate about animal care. I work a part time job at a car wash. I work 3-4 5 hour shifts a week either morning or afternoon, and I will always be off before 7! I have always taken pet safety very seriously. When caring for dogs, I never allow them outside without a leash or properly fitted harness unless they are in a secure, fenced-in area. I make it a priority to closely supervise pets whenever they are outdoors to ensure their safety. I am especially cautious with small breeds and always keep a watchful eye on them, particularly at night. I understand the importance of preventing accidents and creating a safe, secure environment where pets can be comfortable and protected.

“Hanna was awesome! We had her watch our puppy three different times when we were in town for graduation weekend and she was amazing! It was so nice to leave knowing that Nugget was in good hands. I highly recommend Hanna!!!”

“Taylor was great! She came over the day before to meet the doggies. Even though the times I originally requested were a little difficult for her schedule that day (it was last minute,) she did all she could to make it as close as possible- and ended up being there about the time I had requested anyway. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. I really appreciate all the attentiveness; and the above and beyond she provided for my babies. Most importantly, the dogs seemed to really like her too. :) We are already planning for her to return. Thank you!”

“Brock and Rashelle provided exceptional care for my beloved fur baby. Their kindness and affection truly shone through, making my pet feel right at home. He had a wonderful time playing with their pup, and I appreciated the daily walks and outdoor playtime they ensured he had. I also loved receiving regular updates and photos, which brought me peace of mind while I was away. Highly recommend their services!”

“Matt and Angel were so thoughtful while taking care of our dog while we were gone for over a week. She was completely spoiled and loved every bit of it. We got daily updates of her walks and activities during the day. Would highly recommend booking with Matt and Angel!”

“Victoria was great with Bella. Provided updates and pictures daily, and answered messages right away. Most importantly, Bella loved her and staying there. Thank you!”

“Haley was the perfect fit for my scaredy dog. He has trouble adjusting to new things and Haley was so gentle and brought him out of his shell. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely be going back.”

“Macee was fantastic! She cared for our dog like he was her own, kept us updated with adorable pictures and videos throughout his day and we know he had the best time! We really appreciated her great care!”

“Dani and her wife were great with our dog Lucy while we were out of town! They took extra time to get to know her and sent reports and photos each day. I really appreciated the love and attention they gave her, and Lucy got along with their two dogs after getting to know them. They have a nice home and fenced yard. Highly recommend!”

“Jessica took great care of our two dogs while we were out of town for about 6 days. It's so hard leaving them, but we felt comfort knowing they were in good hands, and we received frequent updates and pictures that made us feel even better!”

“Donna was very helpful with my last minute request. She had time to invite me over so Kushito can meet her pack before the stay. She kept me updated with videos and pictures of him! She has an amazing outdoor space. He was very happy when I picked him up and I could tell he had a lot of fun during his stay!”

“Where do I begin with this 5-star review of Kelly C??? This was Champ's 3rd visit with Kelly and her husband and we already knew our pup was in the best of hands! We felt very secure in leaving him with Kelly and her pack for a longer stay as we were traveling overseas. Well, thankfully he was in such trusted hands, because a few days into our trip, Champ, a German shepherd, developed bloat (GDV) which is life threatening and requiring emergency surgery. Sadly, this is all too common in larger breeds like Shepherds. Thanks to Kelly's and her husband's quick action (and with constant communication with us in a different time zone), Champ arrived at the emergency clinic in time, was immediately rushed into surgery, and the amazing specialists at University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia treated him successfully. Post surgery, Kelly and her husband took wonderful care of him in his recovery until we could return from our trip to a happy and healthy dog. Needless to say, we are incredibly thankful to have found Kelly and her family and can't say enough about how grateful we are to them! If we could give more than 5 stars, they would be difficult to count!”

“we are so thankful to Kaila for agreeing to watch our pups at the last minute, and on a holiday too! She took great care of them, sent pictures and updates, and was very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything!”
About: I have training experience & trained my pup myself! We play, snuggle, walk, and continue to practice training every day! I love teaching my pup new tricks, and can do the same for yours! We are very happy & energetic in our home! My sweet Buster gets along with other animals very well! He's a sweetie! I make sure to do mentally stimulating activities and challenges for Buster! They're so good for dogs! I make them fun and rewarding! I can do that for your baby too! I work full-time. And when I come home, my attention is on my pup- getting his energy out and having fun! If your request is for house sitting, I would need to bring my dog along with me. I'm home all evenings and all weekends. On the weekend, especially, I'll be available to do all the caring for your sweet babe!! The #1 thing is I don't give my dog people food. If I do, he only gets safe fruits & veggies and cheese.
