Dog Walking Rocheport

About: I took a very active role in caring for my family dog until he tragically passed from cancer in 2019. I have also dog-sat for neighbors’ pets with particular dietary needs. Currently, I’ve been told by roommates that I have a very calming presence with our house dog. I work part time primarily in the evenings and when not working, I often have community theater rehearsals on weeknights. During the Mizzou school year I will have some classes during the day, though for no more than a few hours at a time. My current house is not available for pet boarding unless specifically negotiated. The property has a non-fenced yard and one resident dog, who does behave well with other animals. Neighborhood is safe, well-paved, and walkable.

About: I’m a natural born animal lover. I grew up rescuing birds and any kind of critter since I was a small child. I lived in Missouri and was blessed with a big yard to fill with dogs and a loving home to fill with cats. I also have a strong passion for rabbits after adopting a disabled rabbit. Long term animal shelter volunteer and worked with Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue. Fear-Free training and certified. I’m extremely flexible. I work from home for a fulfillment company and work for myself. I do have a medical asthetics license but not working out of home right now. I think communication is so important- especially when it comes to your loved ones. I am happy to provide photos and detailed updates. I also love all animals so it’s not a challenge to treat others as if they were my own.

About: I currently own 3 energetic dogs that adore! I am responsible for all aspects of their care. I have also dog sat for friends and family in the past. I am a graduate student so there are some times that I am not available, but most weekends and early morning and nights I can be available! I usually have breaks between classes that I can be available to check in on or walk your pet. At a client’s home you can count on me to make sure your animal is safe, loved, and cared for. I will do everything in my power to make sure the animal feels comfortable and not too out of routine.

About: I have been around pets since I was a kid. I did take care of elder dogs in the past time. I did dog-sitting the puppies. I had experience with foster dogs and my housemate in the past. I have experience with deaf dogs myself. My family and I raised a deaf dog; she is now at peace. I am currently working from home. My schedule has some flexibility that I can take care of other things such as taking care of pets. I always make sure the pets feel safe and secure in their space. I care about their boundaries in their daily routine and develop relationships with their pets.

I follow the owner's instructions meticulously, ensuring that their pet's daily schedule, including feeding times, exercise routines, and any medical needs, are faithfully observed. I also strive to keep the home tidy and secure, respecting the owner's space while providing attentive care to their beloved companion.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 8 years old. Ive spent my childhood and adulthood having them around to a point were life is not the same if they are not around. I am a responsible pet owner who puts the care of these innocent souls a priority 100% of the time. A dog doesnt have to wiggle its tail to fit into my space or schedule. Its more of a blend. Thats how love flows. I work remotely 2 days a week and 2 days at the office but my schedule is flexible. I treat any dog as if it my own. I see no differences. About: I am a vet student at Mizzou who is open to becoming your go-to person for pet-sitting needs! I am very flexible and willing to negotiate whatever you need to feel comfortable while you are away. This summer I am working at a research facility in which I am only there a few hours a week. So my schedule is pretty open! I live in a duplex house located Northeast of COMO. I'm more open to in-house visits rather than pet sitting where I live, but I'm flexible.

About: I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. I’ve held temporary jobs that had little to no personal meaning but getting the opportunity to spend time caring for animals seems to give it a bit more of a purpose, which I enjoy. Looking forward to meeting your fur family! My daily routine is very relaxed in the summer because I’m off as a teacher. My family is home most days other than the occasional summer outing. We have 4.5’ fenced in big yard that will allow your dog to run freely. We also live in a quiet neighborhood and have the ability to go on leashed walks whenever we like.

About: I love all kinds of animals! I have owned and cared for a wide range and animal's. My goal is to make animals have a great life. I am a full time student at Mizzou but my schedule allows for plenty of time through the day. I have many gaps between classes so I can check on anything in the middle of the day. I have lots of experience with many ages and levels of trainings of animals I have watched for friends. I am always up for a challenge and I am confident in taking care of your animals.

About: I grew up with pets for as long as I can remember. I have been a certified dog trainer for over 2 years. I have worked in the animal care industry for 6 years in a horse training facility and multiple dog/cat boarding facilities. Your pets safety and overall happiness is my number one priority. I will make sure your pet gets the care they deserve while also having fun in a stress free environment. Updates will be provided as requested so you know your best friend is having the time of their life. I provide dog training, home visits, and walking. Animals are my passion and I want to make sure yours get the care they need, when they need it. I would love to be a full time pet caretaker/trainer soon! About: My family has had at least one cat my entire life, even as many as 7 at one time when my mom rescued a kitten litter from a busy street. At a young age I learned to both love animals and to treat them with care. In my dad’s home we had a great big dog raised from a puppy, and as a college student I especially miss being able to take a dog on a nice summer walk. I’m currently working part-time in the evenings most days of the week. My schedule varies from week to week but I am reliably available before 3pm daily. I make time to give my cats enrichment daily and play with them in a run to get those zoomies out. My cats are slightly fat from how I like to treat them, but I do not share human food. I would do the same for any pet sitting situation in addition to following the dietary guidelines if your pet needs to eat less treats. Additionally, I would be taking my own tax of pets and ear scratches if the client is willing.

About: I have about 3+ years experience with watching / taking care of dogs. I’ve had my fair share of experiences knowing what they can and can’t eat and what questions to ask regarding a dogs diet. I have experience staying over night with dogs (at my place or theirs), going over to their place and taking care of them for a few hours, and of course walking dogs. I’ve had experience taking care of older dogs, about 13+ years old, and younger ones, roughly 4-5 years old. I am currently working on a thesis for graduate school and my schedule is rather flexible. I have time most mornings, afternoons, and evenings to take care or watch over dogs. I am also able to dog sit at the owners place if need be. I live with my parents so I probably wouldn’t be bring the dog home too often, but I’m pretty active and would take dogs on walks throughout the day. At a clients place, I like to chase them around for a bit at times and play around with them occasionally. I have a lot of energy so I have no problem with younger dogs.

About: I have worked in professional pet care for 4 years and have been watching neighbors dogs for the past 2 years. At doggy daycare I have worked with all sizes and ages of dogs and am comfortable with all of them. I am currently and student at The University of Missouri but am still able to come to your house to watch your pet. I can stay at your house during the week or weekend, my classes are during the middle of the day so they can go out plenty of times in the morning and night. I have three dogs at home that I am very used to taking care of as well as my cat. I can follow your pets schedule so there is no difference in your care and mine.

About: I love animals. I have been watching both cats and dogs for years. Anything from Long walks, simple feeds or just quality time that they love. I been animal sitting for years and have worked it as a side job off and on. Open schedule being at home almost everyday. I can take care of the fur babies anytime. who wouldn’t wanna spend time with the cute animals. Clients home I try to respect what the animal is used to. If a client tells me they can’t go upstairs, no upstairs. I’m not one to disrespect or mess up peoples homes. I try to just spend the whole time with the animals. In my home I care for many animals with different schedules and let them have space but also give them the attention all animals need. They are like our babies and I think animals need loved.
