I work from home full-time, which means your dog is never left alone — I'm always here. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, in the bed, wherever they're happiest. This is their vacation too. Whether your dog needs a playmate, a cozy couch to nap on, or both, they'll feel right at home. Pet care is genuinely woven into my day, not something I have to carve out time for. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. About: I have worked in professional pet care for 4 years and have been watching neighbors dogs for the past 2 years. At doggy daycare I have worked with all sizes and ages of dogs and am comfortable with all of them. I am currently and student at The University of Missouri but am still able to come to your house to watch your pet. I can stay at your house during the week or weekend, my classes are during the middle of the day so they can go out plenty of times in the morning and night. I have three dogs at home that I am very used to taking care of as well as my cat. I can follow your pets schedule so there is no difference in your care and mine.
About: My husband and I raised our family dog from a puppy to a senior needing advanced care and medication. We trained her ourselves into a playful, friendly, and obedient companion. She has since passed, and we are eager to continue caring for dogs. We also were both raised with cats in the home and are very experienced with cat care. My M-F schedule is flexible to allow for walks and activities during the workday. Our weekday evenings and weekends are also generally flexible. About: I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. In the evenings and free time I am able to walk or play with your dog, and give them the attention they need. I live in a Condo with a small screen in porch. Our dog, Charlie, is super good around other dogs! He is a medium sized shiba inu and is somewhat reserved, but also super patient with overly friendly dogs. I keep a clean house and will ensure a safe environment for your dog’s stay. Charlie is a big runner and will take off if he finds any way out, so I’m super conscious to make sure any dogs who stay with me stay within the home! To go outside, I’ll have to walk your dog around our area on a leash.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my whole life. Friends and family have trusted and relied on me to make sure their pets are loved and taken good care of. I’ve taken care of puppies, cats, and even senior age dogs. I’ve seen it all and have experience with animals who have cancer and can try my hardest to make them comfortable and be able to enjoy their time with me. I have recently graduated with my Bachelors of Health Science degree and I’m currently in a professional program at my Mizzou to graduate with my OTA degree! About: I have training experience & trained my pup myself! We play, snuggle, walk, and continue to practice training every day! I love teaching my pup new tricks, and can do the same for yours! We are very happy & energetic in our home! My sweet Buster gets along with other animals very well! He's a sweetie! I make sure to do mentally stimulating activities and challenges for Buster! They're so good for dogs! I make them fun and rewarding! I can do that for your baby too! I work full-time. And when I come home, my attention is on my pup- getting his energy out and having fun! If your request is for house sitting, I would need to bring my dog along with me. I'm home all evenings and all weekends. On the weekend, especially, I'll be available to do all the caring for your sweet babe!! The #1 thing is I don't give my dog people food. If I do, he only gets safe fruits & veggies and cheese. I don't have anything a dog could choke on or really swallow. I put Buster in a kennel when I'm gone, but I could leave your dog out if they don't do kennels. Please ask me questions if you have any!
