“This is my first time using Rover. My experience with Angie has been great!!! This is my first time leaving Milo with someone that neither of us knew. I'm quite impressed with how I was kept informed about how he was doing the entire time. Nothing beats knowing that I can leave my fur baby with someone who treats him well, and he warmed up to. Thanks guys!!!!!!!”

“Victoria is a consummate professional who always makes our Annabelle feel at home. Our trip had us heading west, but we took Annabelle east to Vic’s because she loves it!”

“Mooncake had a wonderful time snuggling with Stephanie and Kyle and romping in the backyard with Auggie and friends. Thank you for always taking such good care of him and sending such adorable and funny updates!”

“Our babies had the best time with her! This was our first rover experience and after shopping for sitters and seeing her profile and chatting a minute it was clear she was the right person for the job of both our crazy and anxiety ridden pups. We got cute updates when asked and cant wait to drop em off again with her!”

“Erin did a great job taking care of my puppy for the weekend! When I went to drop Lottie off she brought her dog down so that they could meet on neutral territory, which was really nice and during the weekend she text me updates and pics every day. I liked that she only took one pet at a time in addition to hers, that made me feel much safer leaving my puppy there. I would definitely recommend and use her services again!”

“Dani was amazing! I boarded my two cats for almost two weeks which was the first time I have ever been away from them and I was nervous. She made sure my cats felt comfortable to be in a new environment and loved. I received frequent updates with pictures of my boys and made me feel at ease for boarding my boys.”

“Mary did a great job for us in dire circumstances. My wife and I suffered serious injuries recently and could not take care of our, Dobby. Mary stepped up and took wonderful care of our boy for several weeks. She was great and we will use Mary again, without hesitation. Multiple thumbs up!”

“By far the best experience I’ve had. My pup came back really happy and tired. He made a friend a long the way and Jennifer updated us with pictures everyday. We were gone for 6 days and she really eased our anxiety with updating us on how he was doing. I will definitely be booking with her again. Look no further!❤️”

“This is the second time Tripp has stayed at Kelly’s! We are fortunate to know that he is in really good hands. They love on him like their own. It is so nice to know that they can handle it all and we don’t have to worry! He enjoys his time there and we can tell how at home he feels from the photos and videos!”

“I loved that she sent pictures and videos. Skylar has some separation anxiety but warms up after a couple days. This wasn't a long trip for us so she was warming up on the last day!!”

“Jessica was very flexible and easy to work with, I initially spoke to her well over a month before my vacation to Hawaii and had some bank issues allowing to confirm the payment just the night before, she had zero issues with that. The entire time we received notifications and pictures of our fur babies and their activities. I would highly recommend her for your pet needs. I personally can not thank you enough for your kindness and understanding”

“Ehlana went above and beyond for our cats. First time here for Ehlana, tornado sirens went off, she got herself, cats, food, water, and bedding to the basement and back when safe. Her care for our cats was exemplary for the rest of her stay. Very responsible and dependable sitter . Highly recommend!”

I highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and kind cat sitter. I'll definitely be booking again!”

She listened carefully to care and feeding instructions and asked questions for anything I didn't cover — like my cats' favorite toys :) I can tell she truly loved spending time with my cats as if they were her own and would love to have her watch them again!”

“Morgan was a fabulous sitter for my cat, Suzy, and we are both so grateful! New to the city and was anxious about finding someone reliable and trustworthy while traveling, and Morgan really set me at ease. She was responsive and flexible, and I appreciated the daily pics she would send me of her and Suzy having fun. Will be using her in the future, and definitely recommend her for any and all pet care needs! She is the best!”

“I am so thankful for Ellie! My cat is very shy and can be stressed with change, but she got along with Ellie so well and loved her visits! It makes me feel better about going out of town knowing she’s in good hands.”

About: I’ve been around cats my entire life and genuinely enjoy their different personalities, routines, and quirks. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to feed, play with, check in on, and care for their cats while they were away. I’m patient, attentive, and understand the importance of making cats feel comfortable and safe in their environment. Whether your cat is playful, shy, energetic, or independent, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of care, attention, and affection while you’re away.

“Evie did great checking in on our animals while we were out of town. Our dogs have big personalities and this was our first time using Rover so we were a little nervous. Evie came to meet them first and seemed completely calm and comfortable from meet and greet to last visit. She even cleaned up messes they made. We are very happy with the service we got!”

About: I'm a reliable cat sitter experienced with cats of all ages, temperaments, and dietary needs! I'm comfortable caring for social, shy, senior, and special-needs cats, including those requiring prescription diets or strict feeding schedules.
About: I’m an Animal Science major with a lifelong love for animals! I grew up with two dogs and have experience caring for both dogs and cats for friends and family. I’m responsible, patient, and love giving pets the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or cuddles, I’ll make sure your furry family member feels happy and loved while you’re away. I currently work part-time at a horse clinic while also attending classes. I have flexible breaks throughout the day, which gives me time to walk, feed, or play with pets. After work and classes, I’m available for evening visits or walks to make sure pets get the care and attention they need. I live in an apartment, so I’m not able to host pets overnight, but I’m happy to provide drop-in visits, walks, and playtime to keep your pets happy and active. I always prioritize safety and make sure pets are comfortable, secure, and cared for during our time together.
“Lucas was such a wonderful find for our sweet pair of cats! My husband and I are helicopter parents about our babies who have very specific and different needs including our boy cat who needs to be medicated and is a very picky eater. Lucas sent us very frequent updates on the state of our cat's appetite and how things were going. In the past, we have come home to find our cat has either lost weight or has liquid medication smeared on his fur from medication difficulties. When we came home our boy cat looked the best he's ever looked after such a long stay with a house sitter. We can tell our cats felt very at home and comfortable with Lucas. The house looks great, very clean and exactly how we left it. All and all, among the best rover experiences we've had! Great communication, healthy happy pets, a clean home, what more could we ask for?”

“I am satisfied with Janae’s work. I left my cat for a week and the cat is still alive. Lol. She sent photos and answered messages quickly enough. The house was kept clean. I will work with her again. Very respectful, kind & responsible person.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since the age 13. I have three lovely dogs, and I have had two boxers that passed. I love to take dogs for walks, make sure they are getting their exercise and feed them when ever they need to be fed. I can also bathe if needed. I work part time and I am a full time college student looking to earn some extra money on the side doing what I love. I can work weekend mornings, until about 2pm. Weekends vary on my work schedule, but I am willing to be flexible! My home does not allow pets, but I would gladly love to take care of yours and your home. I will make sure any messes or accidents will be cleaned up, make sure the animal has plenty of time to get outside and run off some steam, and make sure they are set with good, water, toys, and anything else to make them happy.
About: I have about 3+ years experience with watching / taking care of dogs. I’ve had my fair share of experiences knowing what they can and can’t eat and what questions to ask regarding a dogs diet. I have experience staying over night with dogs (at my place or theirs), going over to their place and taking care of them for a few hours, and of course walking dogs. I’ve had experience taking care of older dogs, about 13+ years old, and younger ones, roughly 4-5 years old. I am currently working on a thesis for graduate school and my schedule is rather flexible. I have time most mornings, afternoons, and evenings to take care or watch over dogs. I am also able to dog sit at the owners place if need be. I live with my parents so I probably wouldn’t be bring the dog home too often, but I’m pretty active and would take dogs on walks throughout the day. At a clients place, I like to chase them around for a bit at times and play around with them occasionally. I have a lot of energy so I have no problem with younger dogs.

I also make sure to give her plenty of attention and check that she has clean water. I’ll open curtains for her to look out while I’m gone at work and let her sunbathe.

Perfect for high energy dogs - Easley
Prices are estimates per day. Pricing may vary based on your search. A booking fee of 11% and taxes will apply.
About: My home is a dog lover's dream — two friendly dogs already live here and are always ready to make new friends. We have a fully fenced backyard (please make sure your pets are on flea and tick medicine as ticks have been bad this year), loads of indestructible toys (thanks, BarkBox!), and an open-door policy between inside and out, so your pup can roam, play, and lounge whenever they please. I work from home full-time, which means your dog is never left alone — I'm always here. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, in the bed, wherever they're happiest. This is their vacation too. Whether your dog needs a playmate, a cozy couch to nap on, or both, they'll feel right at home. Pet care is genuinely woven into my day, not something I have to carve out time for. Since I work from home full-time, I'm always present — whether that's taking a mid-morning break to play in the backyard, keeping an eye on the pack while I'm at my desk, or just being available if anyone needs a cuddle or a quick romp outside. My own two dogs set the rhythm of the day — morning energy bursts, afternoon lounging, outdoor time whenever the mood strikes. Guest dogs just fold right into that routine. There's always someone to play with, always a sunny spot to nap in, and always a human nearby. My home is set up to be as dog-friendly as possible. The backyard is fully fenced, so dogs have safe, free access to outdoor space all day long — no leash required for backyard time. Inside, they're treated like family: furniture is fair game, the bed is open, and there are plenty of indestructible toys to keep them entertained. With two resident dogs already in the mix, guest dogs are never bored or lonely. There's always a playmate available, and I'm always nearby since I work from home full-time. I keep a close eye on group dynamics to make sure everyone is comfortable and playing nicely. I aim to keep routines as close to what your dog is used to as possible — feeding schedules, rest time, outdoor play — so the transition feels easy and low-stress for them. My goal is simple: your dog goes home happy, tired, and already looking forward to their next visit.

“Fawn is fairly new to Ximena and her pack. I wanted to have a back up sitter for when we wanted to board Fawn. Fawn gets very excited when we pull up to Ximena's house. She knows the dog "pack" and is excited to be there. When I pick her up at the end of the day, she is ready to have a nap, as she has had a busy day walking and playing. Ximena takes very good care of her. I recommend Ximena for caring for your small dog. She and her pack are great!”

“Christine, and her dog Daisy, make Fawn's day each Tuesday. Fawn loves going there and absolutely goes bonkers when we pull up to their house. But today, Christine went above and beyond for me. My car told me I had a low tire. And it was really low. I told her my husband would be there to air it up. She jumped in and got an air compressor from her garage and aired my tire. I was able to get home safely and my husband did not have to drive in to do that for me. I highly recommend Christine if you are looking for play dates for your pup. And Daisy loves having friends over.”

About: I am a huge animal lover. We have 3 cats and a shepherd mix dog. I also have a 4 and a 6 year old, so any animals must be good with other animals, kids and able to be crated at night as our dog is also crated. I love and have taken care of many animals and enjoy all fur babies! I am a graduate student so I am home most of the day besides an hour or so for class so fur babies are well cared for and get plenty of attention. My husband also WFH so someone is typically always home. Our yard is unfenced so dogs will have to be leashed for potty time. My dog is crated at night and when we’re not home. Our cats free roam the house, so we just ask that your pet is friendly with cats.

“Caleb accepted our last minute booking and was very accommodating. We had a really early drop off and a late pickup and they had no issue with that. Curry had a great time with their family. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs daycare services!”

“Shannon was very patient and accommodating while we tried to figure out if we would need her or not. And I'm confident our little Lily was in good hands with her. Had a very positive, easy experience...highly recommend Shannon!”

About: My family has had cats ever since I was 12, I also rescued a goldendoodle 8 years ago and he has been my best friend ever since. I love all types of animals, and have experience with rabbits, horses, guinea pigs, and hamsters as well. I have been pet sitting and dog walking as a vet student for over a year now. I am a veterinary student in my clinical rotation years. I live in a duplex, meaning I have my own house with no roommates. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I can pet sit from your house if you have multiple pets and are gone for days or pet sit from my own place if you have just a cat or a smaller dog. I live in a duplex at the moment by myself without any pets, but I pet sit for friends a lot, driving over to their places to let the dogs out/walk them, feed the cats/dogs/fish and clean the litter boxes, make sure the water bowls are filled, etc.
“Jennifer and James were such a God-send when Spenser and I were getting married last week!! Our wedding venue allowed for our doggie to be present at the ceremony (she walked the aisle in a flower collar and pearl leash :)!) but not reception, and so we needed not only a dog sitter but one who would be willing to pick up our girl from the wedding venue! James was happy to do it, showed up right on time, and our Chewie happily went with! They sent us cute pics of our babygirl relaxing on their couch and playing in their backyard during the wedding reception. It really put us at ease. We've never had to turn to Rover for dog sitting, usually we have family do it (obviously not an option when the whole family and friend-crew is at the wedding), but now that we know how amazing James and Jennifer are, we are forever grateful and liable to ask for their help again! Thanks SO much!!”

About: Moe’s Place is a small in home dog boarding facility. I provide one on one care as well as exit baths. Moe’s Place has commercial kennels indoors and outdoors so they can stay outside when the days are nice. There is a large fenced in play area, but only dogs who come together play together. I make sure every dog is given some additional time to be treated like family. We turn our pups out in the morning before feeding, around noon and early afternoon. We also ensure your pup has time to go out before bed. We live here so it makes it very convenient to ensure your family member is getting the best care. We have lots of open time and play time. If your pup decides they would rather play indoors, we have an indoor play area also.
“Because of poor planning on our part, we did not have boarding arrangements last Sunday when we were going to be out of town for the day. Sam and Jesse stepped up and took care of our Dobby for us. As always, they did a great job with him. And they bailed us out of a potentially tough situation. Thanks to Sam and Jesse for all they do!”

“Taylor was great! She came over the day before to meet the doggies. Even though the times I originally requested were a little difficult for her schedule that day (it was last minute,) she did all she could to make it as close as possible- and ended up being there about the time I had requested anyway. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. I really appreciate all the attentiveness; and the above and beyond she provided for my babies. Most importantly, the dogs seemed to really like her too. :) We are already planning for her to return. Thank you!”

I am currently and student at The University of Missouri but am still able to come to your house to watch your pet. I can stay at your house during the week or weekend, my classes are during the middle of the day so they can go out plenty of times in the morning and night. I have three dogs at home that I am very used to taking care of as well as my cat. I can follow your pets schedule so there is no difference in your care and mine.

About: I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. I’ve held temporary jobs that had little to no personal meaning but getting the opportunity to spend time caring for animals seems to give it a bit more of a purpose, which I enjoy. Looking forward to meeting your fur family! My daily routine is very relaxed in the summer because I’m off as a teacher. My family is home most days other than the occasional summer outing. We have 4.5’ fenced in big yard that will allow your dog to run freely. We also live in a quiet neighborhood and have the ability to go on leashed walks whenever we like.

“Nicole is the BEST! Sent tons of pictures and gave multiple updates throughout our babies’ stay with her. Nicole was communicative & accommodating and we will be booking with her again!!”

“I was quite nervous about leaving my dog with other people, but Matt and Angel were great! They took great care, sent daily updates and pictures, and my dog seemed very happy when I picked her up. Would definitely recommend and use them again.”

“Lisa was great with my dogs, Sadie and Sookie! She kept me updated with pictures and made sure they were having a good time. Sookie had a little injury, and Lisa made sure to keep an eye on it and take good care of her. I felt really comfortable leaving them with her. Definitely recommend!”

“Really loved how well they took care of my pup! She seemed super happy when she got back. I was pleased with the pictures they show and they show you the facilities. I felt totally comfortable leaving my old girl with them.”

“Nicole was really good with my dog. She has back yard for them to play. She will walk them and take them to dog park. Will definitely use her again if she is available.”

“Donna was very helpful with my last minute request. She had time to invite me over so Kushito can meet her pack before the stay. She kept me updated with videos and pictures of him! She has an amazing outdoor space. He was very happy when I picked him up and I could tell he had a lot of fun during his stay!”
