“Taylor was great! She came over the day before to meet the doggies. Even though the times I originally requested were a little difficult for her schedule that day (it was last minute,) she did all she could to make it as close as possible- and ended up being there about the time I had requested anyway. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. I really appreciate all the attentiveness; and the above and beyond she provided for my babies. Most importantly, the dogs seemed to really like her too. :) We are already planning for her to return. About: I have been dog-sitting for friends and acquaintances for the past couple of years. I am very accommodating and flexible. Whatever you need or request, I will do my best to fulfill it. My daily schedule gives me the flexibility to help you out anyway and anytime. I enjoy dogs of all sizes and attitudes. I work a very flexible day-to-day job that allows me to venture out and take care of your pet at most times of the day. I am also pretty flexible on days of the week and times of year to sit. I treat your pets as if they were my own. I do my best to make space for pets to choose whether they want attention or to be left alone, and try not to force contact. I also look to socialize the pet as much as I can fit in my strategy whether that is being present, going on walks, or letting them outdoors.

I have several years of experience caring for pets, including experience helping my mom as a Rover pet sitter as well as caring for dogs for family, friends, and other clients. I currently work part-time from Sunday through Wednesday, with shifts that typically fall between 2 PM–10 PM or 4 PM–10 PM. Because of this, I have the most availability Thursday through Saturday, as well as mornings and earlier parts of the day on my workdays. Every pet is different, so I believe the best care starts with getting to know their personality and routine. For dogs, a typical visit may look like a potty break, a walk, playing with their favorite toys, spending time outside, feeding, fresh water, and plenty of attention. Depending on their energy level, we might spend our time going for a longer walk and playing, or we may simply relax together and keep eachother company. For cats, I understand that their needs can look a little different. A typical cat visit may include feeding, refreshing their water, cleaning their litter box, playing with toys, and giving them attention and affection if they enjoy it. Some cats are social and love having someone play with them or give them lots of attention, while others are more independent or shy and prefer to have someone quietly check on them and give them space. I’m comfortable respecting those differences and letting each cat set the pace. I would also be more happy to take care of other small tasks that help keep your pets comfortable while you're away, such as bringing in packages, taking your trash to the curb, or watering plants. If your pet needs medication or has a specific care routine, I’m happy to discuss their needs beforehand.

About: I’ve loved animals my whole life and my kitties mean the absolute world to me. I’ve had cats for 6 years and have lots of friends with dogs that I love to play with and take care of. About: I am a vet student at Mizzou who is open to becoming your go-to person for pet-sitting needs! I am very flexible and willing to negotiate whatever you need to feel comfortable while you are away. This summer I am working at a research facility in which I am only there a few hours a week. So my schedule is pretty open! I live in a duplex house located Northeast of COMO. I'm more open to in-house visits rather than pet sitting where I live, but I'm flexible.

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have so much love for them. About: I’m a natural born animal lover. I grew up rescuing birds and any kind of critter since I was a small child. I lived in Missouri and was blessed with a big yard to fill with dogs and a loving home to fill with cats. I also have a strong passion for rabbits after adopting a disabled rabbit. Long term animal shelter volunteer and worked with Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue. Fear-Free training and certified. I’m extremely flexible. I work from home for a fulfillment company and work for myself. I do have a medical asthetics license but not working out of home right now. I think communication is so important- especially when it comes to your loved ones. I am happy to provide photos and detailed updates. I also love all animals so it’s not a challenge to treat others as if they were my own.

About: Ive taken care of both my own families animals for years, along with friends and families pets. I grew up with dogs of all sizes, from a teacup chihuahua to an adult husky. This also includes mostly periods of having multiple dogs. I also grew up with cats, usually in pairs. I myself have owned small birds, along with a leopard gecko. I’ve done sitting work for more relaxed animals, but also more agressive or high maintenance ones. I myself currently own a young black cat named Nordly! I currently work as High School wrestling coach, so I am flexible for the most part except for saturdays (through february) where I am gone for 6-8 hours. I will always try to accommodate to the needs of the specific pet or pets. If it’s a shy cat who just needs some food and alone time, awesome I’ll keep my distance! A needy attention seeking dog?
