About: I have worked in professional pet care for 4 years and have been watching neighbors dogs for the past 2 years. At doggy daycare I have worked with all sizes and ages of dogs and am comfortable with all of them. I am currently and student at The University of Missouri but am still able to come to your house to watch your pet. I can stay at your house during the week or weekend, my classes are during the middle of the day so they can go out plenty of times in the morning and night. I have three dogs at home that I am very used to taking care of as well as my cat. I can follow your pets schedule so there is no difference in your care and mine.

I usually care for pets in my client’s home, as my home is a bit of a zoo. I work hard to ensure we have trust and boundaries established so we both feel comfortable! One of the ways I do that is by doing a meet n greet beforehand. I love to get to know the pet parents and meet the pets before I start sitting.

About: I’ve been a relied upon neighborhood pet sitter for dogs, cats, chickens, and reptiles for at least 12 years. Ive also fostered “bottle baby” kittens on and off for my local humane society for 3 years. I have learned how to read the body language of and understand the needs of many species of pets, and I understand the importance of listening to human direction while working with pets. I am currently between jobs and about to engage in a short term Americorps VISTA position out of state between June and August. I often pick up local volunteer shifts at the Central MO Humane Society and at Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture, however my schedule is very flexible. I am very experienced in working within clients’ homes, whether it has been for pet sitting, house cleaning, or even entering homes to provide social services. Every home and homeowner is unique, and I pride myself in my ability to leave spaces at least as wonderful as I find them.

About: I have been surrounded by animals all my life as I grew up on a farm. I have my own dog that lives with me now, and we are best buds. We love walks, hikes, swimming, and going on all kinds of adventures. I love all animals and would love to come see yours! Currently, I am free after 1 on Tuesdays/Thursdays. Mondays, Thursdays and most weekends are open. I have a schedule that changes almost every week, but my commitments are not more than 4 hours. I basically treat every pet like they’re my own—lots of love, attention, and playtime. I follow whatever routine they’re used to so they feel comfortable, whether that’s at my place or yours. “Taylor was great! She came over the day before to meet the doggies. Even though the times I originally requested were a little difficult for her schedule that day (it was last minute,) she did all she could to make it as close as possible- and ended up being there about the time I had requested anyway. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. I really appreciate all the attentiveness; and the above and beyond she provided for my babies. Most importantly, the dogs seemed to really like her too. :) We are already planning for her to return. About: I have been around pets since I was a kid. I did take care of elder dogs in the past time. I did dog-sitting the puppies. I had experience with foster dogs and my housemate in the past. I have experience with deaf dogs myself. My family and I raised a deaf dog; she is now at peace. I am currently working from home. My schedule has some flexibility that I can take care of other things such as taking care of pets. I always make sure the pets feel safe and secure in their space. I care about their boundaries in their daily routine and develop relationships with their pets.

About: I have cared for animals my entire life. Friends and family rely on me to walk, stay with, play with and care for their animals as I would my own. I grew up with pets and have been the sole caregiver for mine for 8 years. I have 2 cats and 1 dog. I consider them my children and would treat yours with the same respect and care. I work full-time 9am-5pm onsite in Fulton! I am available weeknights and weekends as well. I will work with you to best accommodate your pet. Upon entry to my clients home, I would safely secure the entrance to ensure the pet did not escape and no one else accessed the property. I would lovingly great your pet with lots of cuddles and kisses. If I am walking, I would apply the proper safety harness/collar and walk the dog for your desired duration, ensure all bathroom breaks are made. I would return your pet safely and secure the home before departure. If I am staying to play, I would let the pet outside in the approved area for bathroom breaks and use the provided toys to enrich your pet for the desired duration. I would secure the home before departure. In both instances, I would leave your pet with an empty bladder and full heart.

About: My experience with pets started at an early age, as there has never been a time in my life where I haven’t had at least one dog and cat that I absolutely adored and took care of. From fostering kittens to attending the hounds around town walking program for dogs- I’ve had a pretty wide range! I’ve completed a socializing program with my prior local humane society, pet sat many of my friends and family’s’ fur babies- as well as currently taking care of my three sweet cats! About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life! I grew up with a mini dachshund and cared for him as he got older and became a senior pup. I think that it’s important to show dogs you care about them, by spending time with them. I enjoy long walks especially with dogs, it’s more fun when you have a furry friend with you! I am currently in paramedic school. My classes are mostly in the mornings, but my schedule is pretty flexible during the afternoons on week days. I have a fenced-in yard, and all dogs have plenty of toys to play with! I often run around in the backyard with them to help get some of their energy out!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and other animals my entire life, and I recently worked at a small animal ICU. Due to this, I am fairly comfortable working with all sorts of dogs and temperaments, and could recognize any problems that may arise with the pet! I am currently taking classes part-time at a vet school, so I have plenty of time to play with and take care of your pups! I will vary how I take care of the pet based on the animal!
