About: I LOVE animals of all sorts. I've personally had cats for 23 years. I also have a bunny. I have taken care of other people's dogs for the past few years, and have been cat-sitting and house sitting for about 15 years. I am currently working full time but able to make my own hours at work, to make sure that there is adequate time for your furbaby. I provide tons of snuggles, attention, walks for dogs (or cats if they are trained to do so) at your preference. Available for walks, drop-ins and overnights. I am currently unable to care for your pets in MY home because I have 2 cats and a bunny, but I can provide tons of affection, clean their litterbox and/or yard poops daily. If your dog or cat is playful, I am happy to engage with them in that way as well to exert energy.

About: I have worked in professional pet care for 4 years and have been watching neighbors dogs for the past 2 years. At doggy daycare I have worked with all sizes and ages of dogs and am comfortable with all of them. I am currently and student at The University of Missouri but am still able to come to your house to watch your pet. I can stay at your house during the week or weekend, my classes are during the middle of the day so they can go out plenty of times in the morning and night. I have three dogs at home that I am very used to taking care of as well as my cat. I can follow your pets schedule so there is no difference in your care and mine.

About: I’m a HUGE animal lover and have experience taking care of all sorts of animals, from dogs, to cats, spiders, bunnies, frogs, and more! I have six cats of my own and foster medically fragile/behaviorally challenged cats from the Humane Society. It brings me so much joy when I see a cat truly start to thrive again. Because of how long I’ve been caring for animals, I’m experienced in providing a wide variety of care. Your puppy is still crate training? I can help! Your senior four-legged friend needs medication? I can do it! Your socially awkward pet doesn’t like people? That’s okay! You have an animal that most people don’t know how to care for? I guarantee you that I do. Working with animals is such a fulfilling part of my life and that’s why I’ve been doing it so long! I work an incredibly flexible job, allowing me to spend quality time with your pets while you’re away. I work with my clients and around their schedules, making pet care as stress-free as possible! I usually care for pets in my client’s home, as my home is a bit of a zoo. I work hard to ensure we have trust and boundaries established so we both feel comfortable! One of the ways I do that is by doing a meet n greet beforehand. I love to get to know the pet parents and meet the pets before I start sitting.

About: I’ve been a relied upon neighborhood pet sitter for dogs, cats, chickens, and reptiles for at least 12 years. Ive also fostered “bottle baby” kittens on and off for my local humane society for 3 years. I have learned how to read the body language of and understand the needs of many species of pets, and I understand the importance of listening to human direction while working with pets. I am currently between jobs and about to engage in a short term Americorps VISTA position out of state between June and August. I often pick up local volunteer shifts at the Central MO Humane Society and at Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture, however my schedule is very flexible. I am very experienced in working within clients’ homes, whether it has been for pet sitting, house cleaning, or even entering homes to provide social services. Every home and homeowner is unique, and I pride myself in my ability to leave spaces at least as wonderful as I find them.

About: Hi! I have 6 years of experience as a dog owner of my Beagle, Bo. At home, I have an orange cat named Cheese as well. I am an active user of Rover for my Beagle when I am gone for work, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. Me and my family have always been pet lovers, having different dog breeds and other pets growing up. I offer drop-in visits and dog walking, and I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and energy levels. Whether your dog needs a long, active walk or just some company and care while you’re away, I’ll make sure they’re happy and well taken care of. I’ve also helped care for friends’ dogs and have experience walking multiple dogs at a time. I’m patient, reliable, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m happy to provide updates and photos during every visit so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. I’m available Sunday through Tuesday and have reliable transportation to get to you on time. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! Pet care fits naturally into my routine, especially at the beginning and end of my days. I’m available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and can provide flexible scheduling for drop-in visits and walks during those days. I’m used to planning my day around caring for pets, including feeding, walks, and playtime with my own dog and cat. I make sure to stay organized and on time so each pet gets the attention and care they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always prioritize safety, routine, and respect for both the pet and the space. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, and any specific needs your pet may have. During walks, I make sure dogs are always securely leashed and safe at all times, while also giving them the exercise and attention they need. For drop-in visits, I ensure pets are comfortable, have fresh water, and get plenty of attention, playtime, or calm companionship depending on their personality. I’m very respectful of clients’ homes and make sure everything is left exactly as I found it. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe and well cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my top priority.

KaLynn is such a warm, friendly person and she was great with our dog Clifford. She was amazingly responsive with communication, punctual, flexible with changes to our schedule, and listened and asked great questions about our dog’s needs and behaviors. We’ll definitely have her care for our pup in the future!

About: I have been surrounded by animals all my life as I grew up on a farm. I have my own dog that lives with me now, and we are best buds. We love walks, hikes, swimming, and going on all kinds of adventures. I love all animals and would love to come see yours! Currently, I am free after 1 on Tuesdays/Thursdays. Mondays, Thursdays and most weekends are open. I have a schedule that changes almost every week, but my commitments are not more than 4 hours. I basically treat every pet like they’re my own—lots of love, attention, and playtime. I follow whatever routine they’re used to so they feel comfortable, whether that’s at my place or yours. Expect plenty of updates (and cute pics!).

About: I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. I’ve held temporary jobs that had little to no personal meaning but getting the opportunity to spend time caring for animals seems to give it a bit more of a purpose, which I enjoy. Looking forward to meeting your fur family! My daily routine is very relaxed in the summer because I’m off as a teacher. My family is home most days other than the occasional summer outing. We have 4.5’ fenced in big yard that will allow your dog to run freely. We also live in a quiet neighborhood and have the ability to go on leashed walks whenever we like.

Donna is EXCELLENT with my dogs Charlie and Buddy. They're Maltese-Shih Tzu mixes, 7 and 3 years old, and they absolutely love her and they walks she takes them on. I've watched her with my boys and based on what I've seen, would highly recommend Donna to anyone looking for a walker with a great temperament and strong skills at dog handling.

About: My experience with pets started at an early age, as there has never been a time in my life where I haven’t had at least one dog and cat that I absolutely adored and took care of. From fostering kittens to attending the hounds around town walking program for dogs- I’ve had a pretty wide range! I’ve completed a socializing program with my prior local humane society, pet sat many of my friends and family’s’ fur babies- as well as currently taking care of my three sweet cats! I would love to meet your pets and share some love when you aren’t able to! It brings a lot of joy to my life :) I’m currently a medical professional employed in the Columbia community but have pet sat as a side gig for many years as a way to connect with the community, meet other local pet parents, and love on others pets as if they were my own! My schedule varies and is often open the entire day. I would love to fit some pet sitting/walking opportunities into my life when I’m able! Taking care of your pets in your home is completely up to your preferred method! Every pet parent is different and I will make sure to tailor that experience to the sitting. Details and communication are the most important thing .

About: my lifelong experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I’ve had six dogs throughout my life, both big and small, so I’m very comfortable handling different temperaments, energy levels, and needs. I’ve cared for everything from playful puppies to older dogs who need extra patience and attention. I also bring a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. As a college student studying accounting and the oldest sibling in my family, I’ve spent my life taking care of both dogs and kids. I’m dependable, organized, and genuinely love spending time with animals. You can trust that your pet will be in caring, capable hands with me. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy it and have the flexibility to make time for it. I’m currently a college student with a manageable schedule, so I’m available throughout the week and on weekends. Whether it’s early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, or evening feedings and playtime, I’m able to work around what your pet needs. Taking care of animals doesn’t feel like a chore to me, it’s something I look forward to, and I’m happy to fit it into my day. If I’m staying overnight, I make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable in their home environment by keeping up with their regular schedule—feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you leave. For daily check-ins, I’ll make sure your pet gets the care and companionship they need while you’re away, whether that’s a walk, potty break, fresh food and water, or just some playtime and love. My goal is to keep your pet happy, healthy, and stress-free while you’re gone, and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands.
