This was our first time using a sitter from Rover, and Valerie absolutely set the bar sky-high. Forget the cold, impersonal vibe of a boarding facility—this felt more like sending our pup on his own little vacation. I could tell he was cared for, loved, and getting VIP-level attention the entire time. Valerie’s home is basically a doggy paradise—plenty of room, plenty of playmates, and plenty of love. She kept us stocked with adorable photos of our pup playing with his new four-legged friends, which was the perfect vacation update for us. It was so calming to know our doggo was in such great hands while we were away. Valerie clearly loves what she does, and the dogs love her right back. We’re so glad we found her—and so is our pup!
Bille Joe accommodated a super last minute request and was absolutely incredible! She made the entire experience so easy, and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with her. She sent many updates throughout the stay, and I could tell my dog loved her time there. She spent a lot of time in Bille Jo's beautiful backyard and soaked up lots of sun. We are immensely grateful to William and his family for the exceptional care they provided to our elderly dog, Bentley, while we were on vacation.
