She picked up the mail (which I had not thought of), and offered to water plants ( which I had someone arranged). I was completely at ease knowing things were taken care of. Highly recommended!!!!”

“Virginia was my first Rover sitter, and I was very pleased with her service. I don't go away very often for just a dew days. Usually, I'm gone for a couple weeks at a time and find live-in sitters through Trusted Housesitters. My two cats are indoor outdoor, and that complicates their care. For my three day leave, my neighbor came over in the morning to put down their morning kibble and let the cats outside. Virginia came over in the late afternoon on her way to pick up her kids from school. She would call them inside for the night and put down their wet food. I wasn't sure it would work since they don't always come inside when I call them in the evening. Virginia sent me pictures each day of the cats inside during her 30 minute visit, so I was reassured. I will definitely look for Virginia again if I need to be gone for a few days.”

I do not have children so being around animals brings me great joy. I have a 4 year old golden retriever and an 11 year old orange tabby that is indoor only. I treat them like family and honor all the requests made by owners to ensure their pet is treated perfectly when they are gone! This works well for senior dogs or puppies who need monitoring over night.

About: I’ve been around all animals almost all my life and have always had the biggest love for them. I have also worked at veterinary offices and love almost every part of it :) I am currently doing online courses for school at skagit valley college and have an open schedule to help out with any type of animal care :) I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs would love and hardwood floors inside my house for when they are inside. I am fully capable of taking care of the animals however wanted :)
