Usually, I'm gone for a couple weeks at a time and find live-in sitters through Trusted Housesitters. My two cats are indoor outdoor, and that complicates their care. For my three day leave, my neighbor came over in the morning to put down their morning kibble and let the cats outside. Virginia came over in the late afternoon on her way to pick up her kids from school. She would call them inside for the night and put down their wet food. I wasn't sure it would work since they don't always come inside when I call them in the evening. Virginia sent me pictures each day of the cats inside during her 30 minute visit, so I was reassured. I will definitely look for Virginia again if I need to be gone for a few days.”

About: I’ve started at an early age training blue heelers. I retired my service dog two years ago. She is personally trained of off leash hiking. I have two cats. One loves hiking and biking with me. The other enjoys home activities and cuddles. No matter what your fur babies enjoy I can adapt. They enjoy walks and hikes, or they enjoy a good nap with some good home play I don’t mind. I will send the cutest pics and videos if you enjoy updates. I work Monday through Friday. Six am to two pm. I can take off lunch for potty and play time. Before work we can walk/eat/potty same with after. What ever the diet, exercise, or routine is I will continue them as requested. I understand how important diet, medication and routine is for our fur babies.

About: I have an old English Bulldog who is 9 years old who I love dearly. I watch many friends and family members dogs when they go on vacation. During the summer months I am very flexible to watch/walk pets. During the school year I am available before school, after school, possibly during my lunch break, and the weekends. About: Hello there, my name is Avery! I love all types of animals, both common and exotic pets! I have the most experience with cats, birds, dogs and some small animals (guinea pigs and rabbits). My experience with fish and reptiles is more limited, but I have no problem with caring for either of those as well when given proper instructions and their routines. My only limitations for these pets is that I am only comfortable with handling non-venomous/poisonous types. Pets like snakes, arachnids and rats often get a bad rep, so it is important to me that I can be someone who offers that option of care. These kinds of babies deserve just as much love and respect as common pets too! I intend to keep your home and pets well cared for, and ensure your loving pets are treated as if they were my own while I watch and visit them. I love any and all breeds, whether it’s dogs, cats, birds, or any other unique pets! I only have some slight limitations for very large/giant breeds of dogs depending on the temperament of your pup. If you have a gentle giant who is leash trained well, I have no issue with that! However if you have a giant pup who is sweet but may be a bit intense/pulls frequently during walks, physically it is a bit too much for me to handle at the moment. I am still absolutely open to drop ins and/or house sitting for these cases if you have a fenced yard to potty and play with your babies! I am an organized, clean individual with a sociable, outgoing personality, so I can give your pets the most exciting playtime and walks they can experience! Setting up meet and greets before confirming bookings are highly preferred, as it allows the opportunity for both you and your pets to decide if you feel I am a good fit! It also helps me to be informed of any extra care instructions or quirks your pet may have while still having someone they are familiar with around beforehand. If you have any questions or concerns, I accept both texts and phone calls, and if a call is missed I promise to get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you so much for showing interest! Currently I am only available for daily walks and check ins starting from Fridays up to Mondays, as I also have an on site part-time job Tuesdays - Thursdays. I am available for house sitting anytime of the week if you are simply requiring someone to watch your empty home, or if you have a low maintenance pet that does not require daily walks (such as any indoor-only pets). However if you are looking for a house+pet sitter with any babies that do require any walks or time outside during my stay, then Fridays-Mondays are applicable to this! My cat visits include but not limited to playing with the cat/cats, fresh water and feeding the cat/cats and scooping littler box. I do also take care of farm animals. I will give text and photo updates during my time with your pets. I am very reliable, and reasonable. I have a flexible schedule as well as reasonable and flexible rates! I have the ability to change my schedule around anytime to assist you and your fur babies needs last minute. I will play with them, walk them, give them attention, fresh water each visit and feeding them and scoop cat litter box administering medicine if needed.
