“Sarah is wonderful! She took great care of our 2 young cats and 45 gallon aquarium while we were travelling overseas for 3 weeks. She played with the cats daily, giving them lots of attention and cuddles. She provided thorough updates on their activity and eating habits. Our house experienced a short power outage while we were gone, so she took extra time to ensure the aquarium was working properly when power was restored. This 3 week trip was the longest time we had been away from the cats, but Sarah's kindness, care, and attention eliminated any worries we had regarding their health & welfare while we were away.”

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
