About: I’ve started at an early age training blue heelers. I retired my service dog two years ago. She is personally trained of off leash hiking. I have two cats. One loves hiking and biking with me. The other enjoys home activities and cuddles. No matter what your fur babies enjoy I can adapt. They enjoy walks and hikes, or they enjoy a good nap with some good home play I don’t mind. I will send the cutest pics and videos if you enjoy updates. I work Monday through Friday. Six am to two pm. I can take off lunch for potty and play time. Before work we can walk/eat/potty same with after. What ever the diet, exercise, or routine is I will continue them as requested. I understand how important diet, medication and routine is for our fur babies.
“Audrey is a wonderful carer. She's been our go to sitter for three years. She is considerate, reliable and flexible. Our dogs love her and they're not the kind of dogs that love everyone.”

About: I believe dogs have the best souls on earth. Enjoy hiking, playing in the yard, or simply being in their space. I also enjoy training from puppy to advanced agility. I’ve trained a couple different types of dogs and a bird ranging in ages. Also able to transport locally to homes, vet, and or parks. My late sweet Pepper dog and I were Project Caine certified as a Therpy team, volunteers at island hospital, and Master Agility Champions. We look forward to meeting with other awesome dogs and their owners. I work in the travel industry, so my schedule varies. I usually know a couple weeks in advance. My spouse’s schedule varies too. Sometimes we are available 24/7 We treat Pets as Family in our home.🥰. We live on acreage close to Deception Pass. We have experience with administering 💊 medication to young and older fur babies 🐾
“Took great care of our kitties with a very last minute booking after another rover cancelled. Made time for meet and greet and left everything as expected. Would recommend!”

About: *We do not accept bookings that give less than 48 hour notice from the start date. Sorry!* I am a professional dog trainer and breeder of Australian Shepherds. My family and I have moved all over the US and are now back in Washington! I used to run a fully operational boarding facility and board and train program in Island County and have decided to start out slow now that we're settled back in our home state. I have 20 years of experience training dogs- 15 of those years being a paid, licensed and insured professional. I take the utmost care of any animal in my charge. I treat them like family and honor all the requests made by owners to ensure their pet is treated perfectly when they are gone! I understand the love and care people have for their animals and do everything I can to show that same level of care when they are under my watch. I take videos and photos regularly to keep families updated, as well! I am a SAHM with decades of experience in the canine world. My dogs, and my clients, are my life. They are my whole routine! I am equipped to manage all varieties of dogs from the easiest house guest to dog aggressive cases or complicated medical needs. I tailor my services to each individual dog to give them the best possible care and allow their people to have some freedom and know their dog is well cared for. I make sure to chat with owners and let them know what variety of boarding I offer is most suitable for their dog. I am able to make multiple daily trips to feed, potty and play with client dogs in their homes. My times are very flexible and have often done combo stays- where your dog stays the night with me and I drive it to your home during the day and pick up again in the evening. This works well for senior dogs or puppies who need monitoring over night.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I have been taking care/riding horses since I was 3, have 2 dogs (senior & adult), and I have my own leopard gecko! Animals tend to find my calm and collected demeanor comforting. I am a 2026 graduate and this summer I am working part time at Nonna Luisa’s in downtown Anacortes. I don’t start work until 4 and tend to have all of the morning to myself, so why not fill it with animals! I would create a personal pet plan with the owner to fulfill the pets needs. This could be walking, letting them out, or just keeping them company!
“Thank you Madeline for loving our cats while we were out. She is prompt, and responsible. We trusted Madeline and would definitely contact her next time we are out of town.”

About: Caring for pets has always been one of my favorite things to do. I’ve been looking after cats and dogs since I was 10 years old, starting with walking my parents’ dog. Now, I have two indoor cats of my own who keep me busy and entertained every day. I make sure they stay active with plenty of playtime, attention, and cuddles, while also creating a calm and loving environment for them. I currently have open availability and a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide dependable, attentive pet care throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. I’m dependable, respectful, and always follow pet care instructions closely. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for with plenty of playtime and attention.
About: I have taken care of dogs off and on for the past 10-15 years. I enjoy their playfulness and sweetness. I have typically house sat which has included walks, pets, fetch, cuddles, feeding, water refreshing and administering medications. I am currently between jobs and am pretty available. I do work remotely, so have flexibility for house sitting when a new job comes along. I am looking to house sit in the pups' home, as I can't do so in mine. I am mindful, respectful and communicative. I would help with walks, feeding, water and medication, as needed.
“Veronika was a perfect choice to look after my feisty cat! She worked hard to earn her trust and even got her to play after the first visit! I would highly recommend her for attention to detail and genuinely caring for the well-being of furry family members. Thank you Veronika!!”

“I highly recommend Kaetlyn for your pet sitting needs. She was respectful and patient with my dog who can have stranger danger. She was prompt with her visits and I felt that she really cared for my dog. I plan on hiring her again in the future! Thanks, Kaetlyn!”

About: Hi, I’m Kylie! I’m an absolute animal lover who truly believes that our pets aren’t just animals—they’re family. I’ve spent the last four years walking and watching over dogs for friends and family, and I’m so excited to bring that same love and care to your fur babies. My Professional Experience: I spent a year working at the Coeur d'Alene Pet Resort, where I cared for dogs of all shapes and sizes. That experience was a 'deep dive' into professional pet care—I monitored daycare playgroups, cleaned kennels, and followed strict feeding schedules. Most importantly, I’m very comfortable administering medications and handling special dietary needs. At the resort, safety was always our #1 goal, and that’s a promise I bring into every walk and drop-in I do today. What Our Time Together Looks Like: I work from home part-time, which gives me great flexibility to provide the attention your pets deserve. Whether your dog is a high-energy athlete who needs a long run or a senior pup who just wants a slow stroll and some extra head scratches, I’ve got it covered. When you book with me, you’re getting: Total Reliability: I’m punctual and follow your instructions to the letter. Tons of Love: I don’t just 'watch' pets; I play with them, snuggle them, and make sure they feel totally at home. Photo Updates: I love capturing happy moments! I’ll send you plenty of updates so you can see your pet thriving. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your four-legged family members. Let's get a meet-and-greet on the calendar! I work from home part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule to prioritize pet care. I love using my breaks to get outdoors for walks or provide attentive drop-in visits. Because I’m already home, I can easily maintain your pet’s specific feeding and potty routines, ensuring they have consistent company and exercise throughout the week. I specialize in providing high-quality care directly in your pet's own environment where they feel most comfortable. Because I have a senior dog and a dog with special medical needs at home, I choose not to host other pets in my house. Instead, I bring my full attention to yours! During visits, I focus on maintaining your pet's specific routine—whether that’s a structured walk, fresh water and feedings, or just some quality snuggle time on the couch. I’m very comfortable with the 'behind the scenes' of a home, from bringing in mail to ensuring everything is locked up and secure. My goal is for your pets to feel like their best friend is just stopping by to hang out while you're away.
About: I have always loved dogs and cats, every since I can remember. Cuddles and kisses are a must, along with occasional beach trips, to change things up. I work 4 days a week and have 3 day weekends. I already help with dog sitting on occasion for friends, along with cats and even bunnies. I have a fully fenced yard, I love providing treats as long as pet parents give the ok. I love lists to help with being more organized and making sure I provide the service needed.

As of July 2026, there are 589 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Yokeko Point. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Yokeko Point. On Rover:
- 99% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 94% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
