About: I have never lived in a house without at least one pet. Growing up, I loved playing with my dogs and cuddling with my cat. I have been capable of providing everyday care to pets since a very young age. I currently have quite a bit of flexibility with my schedule. I am a junior year student at UMass Amherst. I have 2 very busy school days, 2 where I only have one class, and Fridays off from classes. I am determined to provide pet care in my client’s homes however they please. About: I regularly pet sit for family and neighbors. I’ve had many different kinds of pets of my own that all required different levels of care. From cats, dogs, snake, and tortoises. I will be available most afternoons and evenings during the week and anytime during the weekends. About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was a kid, and caring for them is something that comes naturally to me. I’m heading to UMass to study Animal Science and hope to join the National Guard to gain EOD bomb-sniffing dog experience. I currently own a high-energy Border Collie/Australian Kelpie mix I rescued, and I’ve also cared for an elderly Shih Tzu who needed lots of special attention and patience. I’m generally more flexible on days I’m not working and can often accommodate evenings and weekends. I treat every pet like they’re my own and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. Working at a doggy daycare has given me experience handling dogs with all different personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’m attentive to their body language and routines and always make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise, attention, rest, food, and potty breaks. I also understand that every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow each pet’s specific routine and their owner’s instructions.

About: I have taken care of numerous pets on multiple occasions, from unvaccinated newborn puppies to terminally ill pets. I have experience with dogs from 5-150lbs, and have cared for up to 5 dogs at a time for over 24hrs straight I am a college student, during my summer break, my only job is petsitting and dog walking. About: I’ve had my amazing dog Nalu for almost 5 years and have also been a dog walker for people in my life and neighborhood for multiple years. I love all animals, especially dogs! Grace did a wonderful job of watching our two cats while we were away. One of our cats is very shy and hid from her and Grace followed up to make sure we had seen him on our pet cam to make sure that he was ok which was so appreciated. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
