Really awesome pet care provider. Ashley did a great job caring for my cats and my turtle while I was away. She followed all the instructions I left and my pets were very happy and well cared for when I returned.

Ashley was very professional. I hired her to walk my dog while I'm at work. She does such a great job of taking my pup out and tiring him out for the afternoon.

Ashley is just the best! My kitten was in the best care. Ashley kept me up to date regularly and we had no issues at all. I will be using her again when we go away in September for our Honeymoon. Can't recommend her enough!

Ashley is amazing and took excellent care of my cats. She sent me pictures every day and was always responsive when I texted her. One of my cats tends to get lonely and restless when we’re away, but Ashley was more than happy to play with him and get him tired before she left. I’m definitely going to have her watch them in the future!

Ashley M. came to my home to meet my three cats and to see the house and hear the instructions. She took notes and perhaps took pictures. She told me her rate was $23 per visit. We agreed that she would come twice a day and stay for half an hour each time. Before I left, I put many notes on the kitchen counter with information I thought she could use. I asked her to water the few plants that I had, and she did. I also asked her to bring my barrels to the curb, and I believe she did that too. I left my phone # and my e-mail address and asked her to let me know how things were, but she didn't call or write until the day I was due home. When I got home on Sunday, July 3, my two male cats were outside, but that wasn't her fault. They had opened up the accordion pleat to the air conditioner on the porch, and had jumped out the window. Ashley told me she hadn't seen the cats at all when she was here except for Arthur, who she saw once. She hadn't noticed the hole they made. I couldn't find the two male cats when I arrived and was shocked to find them outside. Fortunately, they came when I called them, but I was very upset to know that they were out and wondered how long they had been out. I'm not sure she fed them everyday because I saw that there were many cans of cat food still on the counter. I had told her to feed them in the morning and the evening with new food even if they hadn't eaten anything in the morning. Their bowls of dry food were empty, and when I asked her why she hadn't filled them, she said she saw that there were many bowls that still had dry food in them. Those were untouched because those were not their favorites. I placed their bags of dry food behind each bowl of food so she would know which food went into each bowl. She hadn't cleaned their litter everyday, and I know this because, when I cleaned their litter and opened the trash barrel, I counted five bags of litter, and she was supposed to be here more than five days. One of the litter bags looked very full, which indicated to me that she hadn't cleaned their litter out every day. I came to the conclusion that she did not come everyday that she was supposed to, but I can't prove that. I fed the cats when I arrived home, and they were very hungry. Ashley is a very nice young woman, but, if I use your service again, and I probably will, I would like a person with more experience and common sense to attend to my cats. Susannah Landis
