I am intuitive and attentive to the animals feelings and needs. I focus on their happiness and well being. I engage constantly, feed them delicious nutrients, exercise them well and try to make our short time as positive as I can. I truly enjoy prioritizing and bonding with them! I have fostered dogs for over a year and have experience with all personalities and breeds.

Dorjee stayed at our house to care for our golden retriever and was wonderful! She sent lots of photos and was very responsive, took perfect care of our dog, and left our house very clean. We would definitely love to have her dog sit again!
Dorjee helped me out by providing a last-minute extended drop-in visit to care for my cat, which reassured me quite a bit. She made sure my cat was well fed and given her medication. Appreciated!
Dorjee provided one night of house sitting to care for my elderly cat and made herself available for periods of time throughout both days to spend time with her. Dorjee made sure food was eaten and consulted with me to figure out how to best give my cat her medication when she initially refused to take it. She clearly loves animals and taking care of them is a vocation.
Dorjee did a great job and I would hire her again.
Dorjee was wonderful with Meryl. I loved that she answered messages quickly and sent photos of Meryl on walks. Despite the great service and I thought good relationship, I was shocked that Dorjee suddenly told me she was refusing to communicate with me or do business anymore because of my questions. This sudden severence is quite upsetting to me. I so much wish she would have told me she had issues with my questions rather than suddenly ending all communication with no warning.
As always, Dorjee did a terrific job! I highly recommend her for any sitting you may need.

Schedule
My legal name is Dorjee, but my nickname is Astrid. I am a full time student and I take care of pets part-time, but when they’re with me they will be my priority as if they were my own. Lots of outdoor time and playtime. During the academic calender I host one pet at a time. I may have a temporary foster dog, but most likely not simultaneously. During the academic breaks I am available all day. As a result, I may have two dogs at once on breaks, but never more than two. If you would like your pet to be sat alone, please communicate, or if you have any questions or concerns about socialization, feel free to let me know.

I can crate train, but I have experience and am comfortable without. I want the animal to be as comfortable as possible, so they are free to treat my home as their own.
A typical day
9 am morning walk, give water before and food after and repeat once in afternoon and once at night. Walk again twice in the afternoon and once more at 10 pm. We go to the trail behind my condo where there’s nature and space. I work in between walks and play with them. I provide several various kinds of toys for their entertainment and plenty of furniture and dog beds. There’s also treats in enrichment puzzles. Then typically crated to bedtime at 10:30 unless otherwise agreed on.
