About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was a kid, and caring for them is something that comes naturally to me. I’m heading to UMass to study Animal Science and hope to join the National Guard to gain EOD bomb-sniffing dog experience. I currently own a high-energy Border Collie/Australian Kelpie mix I rescued, and I’ve also cared for an elderly Shih Tzu who needed lots of special attention and patience. I’m very work-oriented, reliable, and people have told me I’m great with customer service. Neighbors, friends, and family often count on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets, and I truly love every moment of it. As a full-time student, I’ve built a schedule that still gives me plenty of time for pet care. I’m available Mondays after 5 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays after 12 PM, and Wednesdays after 4 PM. On weekends, my availability is more flexible, which means I can give pets the attention and exercise they need without feeling rushed. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they always feel safe and cared for. I’ve had experience with high-energy dogs as well as older pets who need more patience and special care. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or sticking to a feeding routine, I make sure to keep things consistent so pets feel comfortable. About: I’ve taken care of different kinds of animals since I was 12! I have two cats and two dogs of my own and have taken care of the animals of my friends and family reliably for years. I love all animals and have even taken care of chameleons, lizards, and ducks! I’m a college student home for the summer so I have a lot of availability for your animals! I can do both housesitting and drop in visits, and would be happy to spend time with your animals on weekends or weekdays! When watching animals, I am always sure to clarify all of their needs and schedules! About: I’ve lived with pets for my whole life, and I currently have 1 dog and 2 cats (and 5 chickens!) at home. I have experience pet sitting for all kinds of animals (including ducks!), and all of the dogs and cats I’ve taken care of hold a special place in my heart. I took care of a cat who needed medicine squirted into her mouth each morning, as well as a dog who needed special medicine with her food. Overall, the biggest thing I bring to the table as a pet sitter is my love of all pets, and my dedication to making sure they receive the best love and care while you’re away. I am a college student, but all of my classes end in the early afternoon, and I have plenty of time in the morning to fit in pet care. I will not say yes to taking care of your pet if I don’t think I can give your pet the amount of time and care they deserve. Every pet I’ve taken care of has had slightly different needs and routines, and I always try to stick to that so not too much changes for them. I had a dog who needed a walk 3 times a day, and was super cuddly during the day, so I spent a lot of time cuddly and playing with her. I’ve also had cats who were very shy and nervous, so I made sure to give them space but also room for love if they wanted it. There’s no one way to care for pets that works universally, but I always make sure to feed/walk/play with them and give them the love and attention they need.
