About: Hello, my name is Melanie! I recently quit my job to focus on school and am looking to get back into pet care! I've grown up with a bunch of pets from dogs, and cats to more exotic animals like reptiles, ferrets, and birds. I've also worked at a pet store for 5 years, as well as my fair share of family and friends pet sitter. I currently go to school full time, and spend the rest of the time studying with my pets! In our house we have a schedule and take turns when it comes to feedings, bathroom needs, and everything in between! Personally, I own one dog myself, Kira and she likes to spend all of her time outdoors, and is a snuggle bug. Kira also eats a very specific diet as she has allergies and takes supplements. I live in a house everyone is extremely welcoming to all pets and offers a vast fenced space for playing, although I prefer to not host, pets myself. I also have training experience and focus on positive reinforcement and leash training! I'm currently in school, so I'll have plenty of time to care for your pups. I'm available weekdays. Weekends are usually open. Mondays- Anytime Tuesdays- Before 10am and After 5pm Wednesdays- Before 1:30pm and After 5pm Thursdays- before 10am and After 2pm Fridays- Before 10am and After 5pm (This will change middle of May 2026) I'm very good at following instructions and asking for clarification if needed. I always use single ingredient treats that are usually allergy friendly (lamb liver). I pride myself on being safe and respectful to everyone!

About: I’ve cared for family and friends pets throughout my life, as well as my own pets. I’ve had to administer medications and follow specific protocols before. Your pet is my number one priority when I am pet sitting and I will keep you updated the whole time for your peace of mind! I’m currently working part time (only about 13 hours per week) as the school year has ended for the summer. I am only working about 8:30am to 12pm, 3-4 days per week, so I have tons of availability for your pet! I have a huge yard as well as a dog and cat to keep your pet company! I also can keep my pets separated if that’s better for you as well. I have a large crate if it is needed and a very pet safe home! If I am sitting in your home, I will follow all guidelines and make sure your pet receives the best care.

About: I’m a very responsible and loving pet owner. Have rescued many pets and now have found myself with some free time and would love to help new pets and people! With notice, I am completely free on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays. (Monday, Tuesday & Friday I can be available for a few hours in the am) I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to play and a kiddie pool to cool off in! I have three very friendly doggos myself but plenty of space so they can be kept separate if you desire.

About: I have grown up with all sorts of pets. I worked at a clinic for a little while learning all sorts of wonderful things about our pets! I dog sit for a few friends now and I am fully comfortable with any and all breeds, I know how to crate dogs, and I am willing and able to walk them as long as they are used to :) I currently work a full-time job (Monday-Friday) but am off by 4pm! I am available any time on weekends as well. I would love to pet sit on my free time! I also did a year of college for animal health and behavior so I am willing to work with all types of pets! :) I did an internship at a local animal shelter, and became aware of body languages, mechanisms, and personalities of many animals! I'm available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, medication, and companionship. She arrived on the agreed upon times on the dot, she was very communicative with us throughout the duration of our trip—including sending pictures which put us at ease—and she was extremely flexible and accommodating to one of our cats who tends hide from unknown people who come into the house. Kayla is extremely warm and cheerful. We hope to work with her again to check in on our two boys. Kayla made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our trip while we were away.”

About: I have been thoroughly enamored by dogs most of my life, ever since my family got our first black Lab. I have experience working with puppies, seniors, and everything in between! I currently have a 1-year-old puppy and 2 cats at home, all of whom are front-and-center in my life. I am also a veterinary technician (nurse), so I am very comfortable giving medication and caring for pets who may be unwell. I can also perform basic veterinary first aid, though I do not know CPR. I am extremely dedicated to keeping pets happy and healthy. I love working with them and discovering their unique personalities and quirks. I look forward to getting to know your dog! I am currently a full time vet tech, but am available all day on Sunday and Monday, and also afternoons (after 2 pm) on Wednesday and Saturday. I have one very friendly large-breed dog, who is generally pretty chill around other dogs, but will sometimes play. In your home, I would respect any boundaries you set and maintain common courtesy. I also strive to leave everything as I found it.

About: I am a lifelong animal lover, and have owned dogs, birds, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters and mice. Currently I own 2 cats with my partner named Rebel and Scout. Growing up my family dogs have included lhasa apsos, dandie dinmont terriers, a german shepherd, and a golden lab. I have experience sitting all types of dogs so whether you have a small medium or large dog, i am comfortable with all sizes. I also was an American Kennel Club junior handler for five years and during that time I showed my lhasa apsos. I have assisted with 4 four litters of lhasa puppies and am experienced with house training, puppy training, care etc. If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer them and look forward to the opportunity to become a friend to your precious pets! :) I am currently a homemaker, and am fortunate to have some flexibility! Just let me know the times/days you need. M-F preferred weekends are negotiable! My preference is to take care of pets at clients home. It is difficult to have other animals inside with the cats however I do have a fenced in area in my yard I can offer for them to be in!
