“This was the first time that I used Rover, I have always boarded them in Charlton (which was great). I was a little leary leaving my GSP and Dachshund with someone I didn’t know. Paul was so friendly and showed me around when I dropped my pups off. I was still leary as we haven’t left them this long before. Paul answered every text I sent and sent me pictures and videos of the pups playing, sleeping, going on walks. He took them on walks, runs, etc. He has a huge fenced in back yard for the dogs to run and play. He does take on a lot of dogs but I think this helped my pups become more comfortable with other dogs. I was VERY happy with Paul and the services he provided. He truly cares about the dogs in his care. I will DEFINITELY be a return customer. Thank you Paul!!”

Sandra’s pleasant personality and lovely home gave me a sense of comfort and that my dog Enzo was gonna be good taken care of. she took really good care of Enzo, sent me pictures and video and I knew Enzo was confortable and happy . My husband and I both work from home, so your pet will have constant love and attention. Our friendly dog Ruby loves having company, and we take regular leashed walks and have safe areas nearby for outdoor time. In my home, pets get lots of attention, playtime with Ruby, and regular leashed walks. At a client’s home, I can stop by every 8 hours to provide feeding, potty breaks, and companionship—always making sure your pet feels safe and cared for.

“John took excellent care of my dog, Arrow. We had a meet and greet to make sure this was a good fit, and Arrow stayed with John for a day. Throughout the day John sent me pictures of my boy, having fun, and when I picked him up I could tell he'd spent the whole day happy and engaged. I'll be booking with John again whenever I need a sitter!”

“Mary, along with her husband, took great care of our two dogs over Memorial Day Weekend. She not only provided the care and boarding as requested, but she went above and beyond from what we asked. On my drive home I realized I had forgotten their food and water bowls. Not a problem, Mary informed me she had extra and that I didn’t need to worry or come back with them. I had informed Mary that walks weren’t needed as I have one dog who doesn’t like other dogs and another dog who is leash reactive out of excitement when he sees other dogs. To avoid stress, I usually let sitters know that walks aren’t necessary during their stay. Mary was able to take our dogs for walks without issue! She didn’t hesitate to do so, even if they could be a little challenging. Mary made sure they took their different medications with their food. She also provided nightly updates along with a few pictures. Lastly, during their stay, one of our dogs had stomach issues, most likely due to a new medicine from the vet. Mary was on top of things with communication and recommendations of action. She was very informative and detailed about it. She even offered to possibly take our dog to vet services if needed. Our dog has a sensitive stomach and we didn’t realize the medication could be an issue for her (when we dropped her off, she had only been taking it for a couple days). We really appreciated her being forward with what was happening and being very patient and kind with us because we felt so bad that happened during our dog’s stay.”
