Over the years, I’ve looked after all kinds of pets — from energetic pit bulls and bulldogs to small dogs like Shih Tzus and even cats. About: Hello! I’ve been professionally caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure and roomy kennels with the addition of our cozy home area. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom built. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. I also have private suites separate from that area.

HOUSE SITTING: I'll gladly accept! If i am in college as well, I'll bring my laptop to work on homework. DROP INS: I will come in before work to feed/walk them and I can come in after work for a check up. If your yard is fenced in, I will gladly sit outside with your pet. Maybe even take a book with me so your dog can stretch their legs, play for a little bit and get some fresh air for a while. About: I volunteer at a local animal rescue fostering dogs, and assisting around the kennel. I have four dogs of my own & a multitude of other animals. I grew up in a family that treats dogs as such, and have developed a love and passion for helping animals. I work remotely right now and would be able to adjust my work schedule to accommodate necessary dog walks/visits. Since I work remotely, while dog sitting I have plenty of time to spend with your dog while in my care. With notice, I am completely free on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays. About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life since I was a little tike. Started with a beagle that I couldn’t get enough of. When I became older i adopted a red nose pittie named boo-boo and a few months later another named Meika. They were my best buds. After their passing I got into providing over night stays for my fur nephew cooper and a family friend whom has four German Shepard’s two horses a cat and dog. I was loving it! Later on I got a job in the four legged field walking dogs, play groups and providing simple behavioral training/commands with positive redirection.
