He was able to accommodate our two dogs very last minute (since our return flights were cancelled and we needed a new sitter) and then again he was very flexible to continue looking after our dogs when our flights were rescheduled multiple days later by the airlines. We appreciated the great communication and our boys were tired when we picked them up which is not an easy feat for our Australian Cattle Dog puppy! he definitely gave them lots of exercise and attention. Not only did that make me trust her with his daily meds, it was nice knowing that there was a trained eye on him. The biggest compliment to Kourtney's care is that when we picked him up, he greeted me with enthusiasm but not anywhere near the crazy welcome I usually get, AND he kept looking back at Kourtney as if he was unsure whether he wanted to leave!
