“Always 5 Stars for Caesar and the family! Michael and the family are AMAZING! Clearly they love animals and treat them so well! Ghost is always happy to be dropped off and he's always happy to come home. To me, those are the two most important factors. In addition, Michael and the family are great communicators, quick to respond, send updates and pictures and are so fast in answering any questions. Having a safe, fun, happy, clean, and loving place to send Ghost when he can't be with me is the best feeling!”

“Dorothy was great - she and her family made Bruno feel very welcome and secure and kept us updated while we were away. He has a special diet and daily medication and she was great with giving that to him. Definitely will book again.”
“Jaquie was very accommodating to my dog and sent me photo and video updates. She provided lots of exercise for my younger energetic dog. I highly recommend Jaquie to care for your pet.”

“Emily was great, gave us plenty of updates of how Brodie was doing while he was under her care and was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. Would highly recommend and have her watch Brodie again!”

“Melissa was super communicative and very sweet with my pups!! They came home super tired from all the play and love. We are extremely grateful to have found her so last minute, and she was so accommodating! I definitely recommend using her, as I for sure will in the future.”

“Luiz made both us and our dog feel super comfortable. We had the utmost confidence that our dog was in great hands and was well cared for while there! We will definitely use again!”

“Erin took the best care of our puppy Louie. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. This was my first time leaving him but after meeting Erin I knew he would be in great hands. She sent updates and pictures throughout his stay. Louie had the best time and felt lots of love staying with Erin!”

“Pat was kind, communicative, and was easy to work with. We have a timid rescue with peculiar needs and triggers, and she put in the effort to put our dog and us at ease. We appreciated the pictures with updates while we were away. Would definitely recommend!”

“Lauren's family is top notch for dog sitting. Right away I felt at ease leaving our pup Olive, with Lauren and Brian. Lauren has a way with dogs, she is knowledgeable and has a caring demeanor about her. I loved the fact that my dog was able to have some extra exposure to children (as I do not have any), so this was a bonus for us. The environment was comfortable and cozy, Olive being a shy, timid soul felt right at home in no time! :)”

“We thought we’d feel guilty leaving our dog behind for vacation, but knowing she was having the time of her life with Dawn and her family made all the difference! Their love and attention to her care were evident in every update, and we couldn’t get enough of the adorable photos and videos. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful family for her to stay!”

“My husband and I haven’t left our 3 year old Yorkie with anyone but family members. I read about Sue on Rover and she seemed like a good fit. We had a meet and greet ahead of time. She immediately made us feel comfortable with her friendly and professional personality. She and her sweet pups made our girl feel right at home. Sue sent photos so we could see how our Yorkie was getting along. We have put Sue on our favorite sitter’s list and she will our first choice anytime we need a sitter. We would highly recommend her to family and friends.”

“Our beloved Olive had a wonderful time with Melissa. She was very comfortable in the home atmosphere, and playing with their dogs. Melissa was very quick to respond and flexible with our drop off and pick up. Last minute Olive unexpectedly needed medication during her stay and Melissa was very accommodating in that. It was such a blessing to know Olive was being well taking care of while we were away and we never had to worry about her. Olive had such fun she didn't even want to leave!”

“Lee was great !!! Always sent picture and video updates throughout his stay . My dog had a great time and I would definitely book Lee whenever I needed him !!! I highly recommend him !!”

“I would highly recommend Tamara for your pet boarding needs. Very responsive and caring for our dog. She went out of her way to accommodate changes to our boarding plans which including being able to pick our dog up. Definitely will be booking again with her in the future.”

“Thank you for taking such good care of the boys again. They were excited as soon as we pulled in the driveway and you received kisses from Paxton, which you know is extremely rare! A testament to your kind, caring demeanor with them!”

“Migle was absolutely wonderful with Zoë. She went above and beyond-carrying her up and down the stairs because Zoë couldn't manage them, sending regular photo updates, and treating her like her own. I felt completely at ease knowing Zoë was so well cared for. Truly exceptional.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
