I like to know everything about your pet before I work with them and with you. Their routines, personalities, behaviors, health and history are all basic and essential information. I also need to know if they have been left with sitters before and how they reacted so I can adapt my approach to every pet.
A typical day
I play with your pet according to their needs and will never force any interaction on them unless they are comfortable and happy with me. I take my cues from the pets I'm looking after. Each one has very different needs for play and companionship. I am wholly tuned to those varying needs so make sure every visit is a good one for each pet on that day. I learn what your pet loves the most and always balance the fun with their health and emotional requirements. Some need a comforting routine, others love variety, many like both!

I have had many years of experience with cats, dogs and birds of all breeds and varieties! I am 100% reliable in their care, and loving and respectful of their needs and routines. I have a calming and reassuring presence. I am very observant of health patterns and animal behaviors and have much practical knowledge. I have owned, trained and cared for many dogs from working breeds to lap dogs. I have had cats in my life from childhood. I fostered many kittens for our local shelter and then adopted. I have kept pet birds for 25 years, many of them rescues. I care for all kinds of birds, small mammals and reptiles. I love to tune in to every pet and use my skills to help them have the best possible experience while their owner is away.
