We raised pigs, I grew up with two dogs, and I also spent plenty of time around cattle, sheep, and pastured horses. I know how important it is to have someone you can genuinely trust with your pets. I’m patient, dependable, and happy to give your furry family members plenty of attention, affection, walks, and playtime. I’ll treat your pets with the same care and kindness I’d want someone to give my own. I currently work full-time from 5am to 1pm. I chair an AA meeting on Monday evenings and attend others when I'm available to do so. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my first priority. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, respect their normal routines, and pay attention to the little things that help them feel secure while you’re away. I also understand that trusting someone with your pet often means trusting them in your home, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. You can expect me to be dependable, respectful, and communicative, with updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

We had a funeral so our booking was short notice and Alexus still accomodated our last minute schedule (and this was the first time she watched our pups). She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures/videos/updates. We’ve had really bad experiences with other sitters where you can tell they didn’t really do what you asked but we can tell Alexus did. We know our dogs weren’t on the couch and they were walked the way they need to (so they don’t chew anything up). The house was spotless. She took out the trash, started a load of dishes, and stripped the bedding. Our dogs LOVED her when she came to do a meet and greet too!! We appreciate it so much and hope to keep using Alexus for our pups!
