About: I have had pets since I was born, and from age 5 I started to help withtheir care. I have always had a deep love for animals. I have had cats, dogs, guinea pigs, mice, rabbits, etc. I may not be a professional, however, I believe I am pretty knowledgeable about cats and dogs, their care, and some training. 3rd year in college, studying mathematics at WSU. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since taking home my first adopted dog when I was 13. I love all dogs, any age, size, or breed. I believe dogs can detect a gentle human being, and I always strive to make dogs comfortable. I have dog sat numerous times and now have my 2nd dog, a 2 year old shepherd mix. I am an RN and thought a great way to make money on the side would be to do what I love most. As an RN I work 12hr shifts but only 2-3 days per week. My flexibility will change week to week, but I will be sure to keep my availability current. For my own dog our back yard is fenced in completely, mostly 6 feet tall aside from a small section that is 4 feet tall. Toby has a dog door and can go in and out as he please to use the bathroom or enjoy the outdoors.
About: I have had dogs all my life. After I moved out I raised a chocolate lab from 8 weeks old until he passed at 16 yrs. During that time frame I was also raising my Weimaraner at the same time! Both were high energy dogs (and Kaiser, my weim, still is). This has given me experience large breed, high energy dogs. I also have experience with elderly dogs. I am also no stranger to small dogs as I have also cared for my friends pomeranian. I am able to do drop ins before work, during lunch (depending on distanc), and after work. I am able to stay the night if necessary. My pets have full access to the house and are always well fed, cared for, and loved whether its play time or just hanging out watching TV.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 20. I have personally had 9 dogs, 2 of which are still living. They are a German Shepherd and a mixed hound. I also foster dogs from time to time. I am comfortable with dogs of all ages, with dogs that need any special medication, as one of my dogs was a diabetic and blind. Also, I am comfortable with dogs that have aggression issues, as long as we work out how to address them before your dog stays with me, and no one gets hurt. Two of my German Shepherds have aggression issues that I had to work through. A little about me: I am going back to get my master's and teach. Currently, I am substitute teaching, and we undergo a very thorough background check, including fingerprints and a check with the FBI. I am willing to provide long-term boarding for deployments or similar situations. That is the case; we can discuss the details and the long-term care rate. I have a very large fenced yard that gives the dogs plenty of room to run and play. It is 1/3 of an acre. I have radiant heat in the floors of my house, and most of the time, the dogs lie on the nice, warm floor. I do have a camera in the backyard. I can give you access while your dog is staying here with me. :) I’m sorry, I cannot take any more neutered dogs. The few I have had have been working all over my house, and it doesn’t matter how much cleaning you do, or how special the treatments are, they don't work. It’s a big problem with unneutered dogs. I do hope you consider neutering your dog. I am currently working to go back and get my masters and education to be a teacher. I am available all days right now and flexible on times. I have a large yard that is fully fenced with a 6 foot fence. I treat pets as part of my family but keep them well behaved and mannered. I have fostered dogs before too, and I always try to meet the dog where they are at whether they are stressed, fearful, or have a lot of. About: Always check to see if the dog has food and water, especially during hot weather. I always play with the dog no matter if I'm tired. About: I grew up surrounded by many animals. When I was 10 I had 4 guinea pigs, 2 dogs, 1 cat and stray farm cats. I spent time working on a farm with my family who taught me how to love and care for animals. I also pet sat throughout high school and later worked at a doggy daycare, gaining hands on experience with dogs of all ages and personalities. I love taking dogs on hikes and fun adventures while their pet parents are away. I even have a dedicated dog room filled with their favorite things to help them feel comfortable, loved, and at home until their family returns. 🏡 I’m a stay at home wife who loves baking, walking, going on hikes, and if I’m not hiking I’m home 24/7, so your dog will always have plenty of attention and care. When a dog stays with me, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible. We will also go on plenty of walks and Saturdays are reserved for fun hikes and extra adventures!! Constant petting, playing with their favorite toy🥎, and going on walks is what we will be doing. I will definitely spoil your dog! 💋❤️ I am available to give potty breaks as frequently as needed. Did you know? Puppies can hold in their urine for approximately on hour PER month of life. Our daily routine will consist of lots of play time and love. We usually will go on a walk or two depending on the day & weather. I care for them just like their owner would. I will always use a leash when taking your dog outside. & I can promise they will not run away from me.
