Hello friends, and welcome to 2026! Whether you're new to the Washington scene, or you've been here for ages, you're in for a good time with me, Angel! 😇 I'm welcoming you into my 7th year here on the Rover platform. I even started my own sitting business in 2023 but closed it down when I realized all that Rover does - and that I couldn't match the cost and ubiquitousness of features. I'm extremely confident that as long as I'm available, something good will come of your current situation. Please, take a read through my profile and let's make sure that all involved are compatible: As an aspiring whisperer, I'll know what your pet wants, what they're trying to tell me, and I will customize an approach to make your buddy happy within your parameters. Enjoy your time away while your fur-baby's needs are taken care of. I've seen first-hand what great Rover sitters do to take care of pets and I strive to offer even better service. I have experience with: *The geriatric, *Potty-training puppies, *Injured small/large dogs & cats, *Free-range critters such as farm animals and reptiles. Plus, I give extra attention to caged critters like rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. However, I purposely choose not to interact with puppies anymore whenever possible for liability reasons. Reach out to me if you're looking for someone chill and laid back but assertive when it comes to your animal's safety and happiness. For your protection, I have even opted-in to the Enhanced Background check over some other Rover sitters. And for your buddy's protection, I've been certified in Dog & Cat CPR by the American Red Cross since 2023. *Due to a chronic, arthritic medical condition that does not allow me to perform multiple long daily walks, one long walk every other day is about as much as I can muster during overnight bookings. I have needed to retract my dog walking services as a result and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Short (0.5mi) daily potty walks for drop-ins and sittings work just fine and are helpful!*

Please note that I'm happy to drop-in on your fur-babies anytime with shallow notice *once I've met them with you present*. Due to past experiences and some close calls, I'm unavailable to drop-in on pets I have not met yet.

Angel is absolutely wonderful. He is truly a dog whisperer and my dogs love him. He is extremely conscientious and always make sure that I get very detailed pictures and notes which I really appreciate. Schedule
My schedule is fully dedicated to Rover and available for pet care specifically. The rare dates I'm not available will be clearly visible on my public Rover calendar and usually just means I've been claimed by another Rover family during this time.

- Before leaving your pet alone with me, I'd like to meet and observe how YOU interact with them. How you call them, what they respond to... just really how to get their attention when I need it. It has meant the difference in many sitting experiences, as far as pet safety is concerned. Rest assured your pet's safety IS my chief regard! I will ask you about the location of your fire extinguisher, breaker box, and water + gas shutoff valves when we meet for the first time.
