CJ is a resident physician, so she's calm, responsible, and great at following your care instructions to the letter. Michael works from home in consulting, which means your dog will have company, attention, and plenty of potty breaks throughout the day, not just at drop-in times. We live an active lifestyle and love long walks, exploring parks, and spending time outside — so high-energy pups fit right in with us. Just as happily, we'll match a mellow dog's pace with couch cuddles and slow strolls. Your dog will be treated like family: exercised, loved, and safe. We'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax while you're away. Michael works from home full-time, so your dog will have company and attention throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. Walks fit naturally into our daily routine: a morning walk, a midday break, and once CJ is home from work, we take a long evening walk that your dog is more than welcome to join. We're active on weekends too and love bringing a dog along to parks and around the neighborhood. Your dog will stay in our clean, dog-friendly home with plenty of cozy spots to relax. We keep a consistent routine — regular walks, fresh water, and lots of attention. All walks are leashed, and we're careful about doors, gates, and anything a curious pup might get into. If your dog is crate-trained, we're happy to keep that routine going. We treat every dog like our own and send regular photo updates so you always know how they're doing.
About: I have been blessed to have pets my whole life! I’ve had 2 medium sized pups and a big pittie- Great Pyrenees mix! I have cared for little pups all the way up to older dogs’ last moments. I am currently a full time student at UC, so this is a way I can get some doggie snuggles in while making some money as well! I have done extensive training and certifications to work at shelters around the Cincy area. I am almost always home all day Friday-Sunday and get back from school in the afternoon Tuesday-Thursday. I am neighbors with my mom who works at home 24/7 so she would be able to check in on the pups if needed! I have taken care of dogs in and out of crates, free fed and scheduled meals, health issues, trained and untrained, etc. I love taking dogs to the dog park, walks and play dates! After an exhausting day Id love to snuggle up or relax with them outside!

About: **Will wear a mask and sanitize before entering your home if requested.** I have been obsessed with dogs forever, and had a golden retriever for 15 years before she sadly past away in January 2019. I would like a dog of my own but I am not in the financial situation I would want to be in to be able to give my dog the life it deserves so I would relish at the opportunity to help care for yours! I have about 14 months experience working at a Doggy Daycare Center in Columbus that I sadly had to leave to pursue a Master's Degree in England. More recently I was an English teacher in Spain but I sadly had to return to America in March due to the global pandemic. I am more than comfortable watching 100+ dogs with 3-5 other employees and up to 30 dogs on my own. Naturally a home will not have that many dogs so there is nothing I cannot handle. I have experience administering pills via numerous mediums, shots of insulin, bathing, toe nail clipping/using a dremmel, separating dog fights, and the not-so-glamorous bits such as cleaning up every type of bodily fluid a dog can produce. My experience with special needs dogs ranges from a completely deaf Staffordshire Bull Terrier to senior diabetic miniature poodle that needed twice daily injections of insulin. I am in no way biased against any breed of dog and believe that all dogs are good dogs. I have experience with dogs varying from 2lbs. to well over 100lbs. My boyfriend and I are also the parents of two boy ferrets so I have experience with ferrets and feeding franken-raw for obligate carnivorous animals. :) Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I hope I get to see you and your dog(s) soon!

Our pups had a great time with Tasha & Joe. I received many pictures and updates about the boys. They were also aware that we were 13 hours ahead in another time zone and sent messages when we would be awake. Our boys were well taken care of and loved all the attention they received. We were very satisfied with our dog's stay with Amanda, which we scheduled just a week before our trip. She is very experienced taking care of dogs, and her home is set up to put dogs at ease. Our dog is always a bit tentative with a new sitter, but quickly warmed up to Amanda. We appreciated Amanda's frequent photos and updates. We would be happy to have out dog stay with Amanda again.
Elisheba took great care of my two dogs! Usually my pups are timid when they first arrive at a new place, but as soon as we got to her house they were excited and started running around. Elisheba sent photo updates and was very communicative and responsive throughout the process.
