“Khala did an amazing job with our brindle puppy, Bandie. She is pretty large at abt 60 lbs and can be rambunctious in the evening. Khala did not report any concerns and kept us constantly informed about how things were going with Bandie. When Bandie did get a hold of and gnaw part of her harness, Khala shared this with us immediately which allowed us to lean in on that Amazon Prime membership and get a new one ordered. When we picked her up, everything was neatly packed in her overnight bag we had sent with her. I left the pickup spot wondering and looking for more times for her to watch her. Elisheba took great care of my two dogs! Usually my pups are timid when they first arrive at a new place, but as soon as we got to her house they were excited and started running around. Elisheba sent photo updates and was very communicative and responsive throughout the process.
We are not used to send our boy to a Pet sitter as we always travel with him. He tends to be very anxious (myself included) if he is not with us. This time we couldn't take Tedy with us and I had to find a pet sitter - I have to say that I couldn't be happier that I've found Johana - she is such a thoughtful, caring and always present pet sitter. She kept us updated with videos and pictures of our Tedy and she managed his anxiety just perfectly. I am glad I found her and we will be using her services in a future.
We cannot rate Scott high enough! He is very familiar with dogs, genuinely cares, and is excellent with communication and willingness to accommodate dog routines & preferences. After much debate about using someone from Rover, we selected Scott. He watched our dog for a week & we are so thankful we found him! I am not sure our dog wanted to come home after his 5 star luxury vacation with Scott!
We were very happy with the level of care and communication that Taylor and Brian provided during Mellie's stay with them. They provided regular updates and pictures.
