I’ve taken care of pets for family and friends for as long as I can remember. I love going on walks and seeing new parts of the city and would love to have a companion on my adventures. Our family dog passed a little over a year ago and I miss having a pet in my life. I will care for your pet as if they were my own.

I absolutely recommend Amira! I have known Amira for 5 years and She has pet and house sat for me several times. She is conscientious, caring, and responsible. I have 4 cats and a dog. Several of my animals needed daily medications and vet care in my absence- Amira kept in contact with me letting me know the status of my pets’ health and well being. It was very difficult for me to leave my pets while they were ill, but I knew I could trust Amira. I trust her judgment implicitly.
Amira has been fostering dogs on and off for the last couple years, taking the doggos on daily walks and giving them plenty of love and snuggles as they acclimate to a new environment. Between fosters, she's done several pet-sitting and dog-walking gigs, providing timely care for the dogs and peace of mind for owners while they're traveling. Beyond the basics, Amira is a kind, loving person with a huge heart for animals. She has cared for young, rambunctious dogs and elderly kitties who need extra attention and love. Whenever I text her for help, I know that she'll do whatever's needed to keep pets and their people happy.

I am currently on summer break from work and would love to take care of your pet in my free time. My schedule is fairly open and flexible.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood and own a crate if needed for their comfort. I foster dogs so I have raised food and water dishes, a bed, and other essentials to make their stay comfortable.
A typical day
I am just as happy to go on walks and play with your pup as I am to cuddle on the couch with them depending on how they’re feeling. We will walk around the neighborhood and play in the backyard or go to the neighborhood dog park.
