About: I like to reassure the pet owner that you know your pet is in great care so they will not need to worry about them. Currently not working at the moment. I do enjoy my time watching dogs for my neighbors when I can . They put a smile in my day. I feed them twice a day. Take them out 4 times a day. I give two treats a day. I like to talk to them and pet them often so they feel safe.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was young and it’s something that’s always come naturally to me. I’ve gained more experience by volunteering at animal shelters and working at a dog grooming shop, where I walked and cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I always adjust my care based on what each pet needs. Whether it’s sticking to a routine or giving extra cuddles, I treat every pet like they’re my own and do my best to make their time enjoyable. Pet care fits naturally into my routine since I have a super flexible schedule and lots of time to give pets the attention they need. Whether it’s morning walks, playtime during the day, or evening check-ins, I’m able to work around what’s best for each pet. I really enjoy being around animals, so taking care of them never feels like work. When I’m taking care of pets in my home, I make sure they’ve got a clean, cozy, and safe space to relax and play. I live in a pet-friendly townhome with enough room for them to feel comfortable and have some fun. I always try to stick to their normal routine, walks, meals, playtime, and any special needs they have. If I’m watching pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely and keep everything as consistent as possible so their pet feels right at home.

About: Looking for a pet sitter? Sign up for Rover through my link to get $20 off your first booking! https://www.rover.com/sit/marisl04002 My goal is simple: to give your pet the same level of comfort, attention, and care they get when you’re home. As a sitter, I bring personal attention, reliability, and genuine love to every pet I care for. I don't just watch pets — I bond with them. I take time to understand each animal’s personality, routine, and special needs to ensure they feel safe, loved, and relaxed in your absence. I tailor my care to match your pet’s unique habits — whether that’s extra playtime, medication schedules, special diets, or just quiet companionship. I treat every home and pet as if they were my own, with professionalism, respect, and a high level of communication. Daily updates and photos are always included, so you can travel with peace of mind. As a part-time pet sitter who provides boarding, pet care is central to how I structure my days. When pets stay with me, I treat their needs as my top priority, creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment throughout the weekend. My routine includes regular feeding times, exercise, play sessions, and quiet rest periods, all designed to keep pets comfortable and happy away from home. Because boarding means pets rely on me for their full care during their stay, I dedicate myself to maintaining a consistent schedule that mirrors their usual routine as much as possible. I also closely monitor their behavior and well-being, ready to adapt to any special needs or requests from the owner. Communication with pet parents is part of my routine too — I provide regular updates and photos so they feel connected and confident their pets are in good hands. Weekends are focused, hands-on, and filled with attentive care, ensuring each pet experiences a positive, stress-free stay. Whether caring for pets in my home or at the client’s home, I prioritize safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment above all else. I begin by thoroughly understanding each pet’s specific needs, temperament, and any health considerations to tailor my care approach. In my home, I maintain a clean, secure, and pet-friendly space that is free from hazards like toxic plants, small objects, or unsafe areas. I provide supervised playtime and ensure pets have cozy resting spots. For boarding, I carefully introduce new pets to the environment to reduce stress and keep their routines as consistent as possible. When caring for pets in the client’s home, I respect their space and routines, following all instructions precisely—from feeding and medication to exercise and rest. I take extra precautions by securing doors, gates, and windows, and I monitor pets closely to prevent accidents or escapes. Building trust with pet owners is essential to me, so I communicate openly and promptly, providing regular updates to give owners peace of mind. Ultimately, my goal is to create a safe, loving, and stable environment where pets feel secure and cared for, whether in my home or theirs.
