About: I'm a certified veterinary technician with 15 years of experience in emergency medicine. As a vet tech my job is to be an advocate for my patients and this requires me to be compasionate and attentive to their needs. I also grew up in a household with dogs and cats and my whole family as animal lovers. I currently have a dog named Bernie who's unbelievably spoiled. I'm currently working part time at another job with 6 hour shifts typically 3pm-9pm which leaves plenty of time for petsitting and walks. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays I'm available all day. I'm a devoted animal lover and I know how stressful it can be for pets when their owner is away for a few days and want to make the experience as stress free as possible for both the pets as well as the owners.

About: Hi, I'm Sumeena! I provide dependable pet care and house sitting throughout the South Shore area, helping pets stay comfortable in their own home while their owners are away. I currently have extended availability this summer and am available for vacation stays, longer house sitting requests, and last-minute travel needs whenever possible. I currently have extended summer availability, making me a great option for vacations, longer trips, and house sitting stays. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable caring for both your pets and your home when you can't be there. I'm an Education Support Professional in a special education classroom, where patience, consistency, communication, and attention to detail are essential every day. I bring those same qualities to pet care by following routines carefully, noticing small changes, and providing calm, dependable support. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals for friends and family over many years. When house sitting, I provide attentive care while respecting your home and keeping your pet's routine as consistent as possible. Care may include feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, litter box care, following detailed instructions, medication administration when needed, and regular photo and message updates. I currently have availability for house sitting and vacation care from June 27–July 10, and again beginning August 11th through early September. During these periods, I’m able to dedicate my time and attention to providing consistent care, maintaining your pet’s routine, and giving regular updates while you’re away. When I’m available, I enjoy providing dependable companionship, walks, feeding, and home care while helping pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping pets safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine while also treating their home with respect. I pay close attention to behavior and changes in your pet’s comfort level so I can provide the best care possible. My goal is for you to return home knowing your pets were cared for and your home was respected. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs, including shy pets who need patience and a calm approach. About: I have 3 dogs of my own, all with completely different personalities, so I’m used to adapting to each dog’s needs. One has total grandma energy and just wants a calm comfy day, another is super independent and honestly acts more like a cat, and my third dog is blind so I’m very attentive and patient with routines and safety. I do twice daily feedings, daily walks, beach walks, and trail runs for high energy dogs, but I’m also just as happy staying in and giving calm companionship to dogs that prefer to relax. I’m a college athlete home for the summer, so I can keep up with super active dogs, but I’m also basically a professional nap partner for the couch potato ones. As a college athlete home for the summer, I have a pretty active and flexible routine that revolves around caring for my own dogs and yours. Daily walks, feedings, outdoor time, and exercise are already part of my schedule, whether that’s beach walks, trail runs, or just hanging out at home with calmer dogs. I’m used to planning my days around pets’ routines and making sure they get consistent attention, activity, and care. I try to make pets feel as comfortable as possible by keeping them on the routine they already know. I pay attention to feeding schedules, walks, energy levels, and little things about their personality and behavior. Having a blind dog myself made me really attentive and patient, especially when it comes to safety and creating a calm environment. I also know from my own dogs how much pets can miss their people when they’re away, so I try to give them extra attention, comfort, and company so they feel less stressed and more at ease. I love taking active dogs on walks, beach trips, or trail runs, but I’m also completely fine hanging out with dogs that just want a chill day and someone to nap next to. I’m very aware on walks, careful around other dogs, and overall just try to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their owners are away.

About: I have been around all and taken care of all sizes, ages and temperaments of dogs for years!! They are the absolute best! As a dog mom myself I understand the difficulty of trusting and finding someone to take care of my pal if I’m not able to. I know how important it is to find the right person that will give them the loving care our dogs deserve! I can provide that peace of mind!!! I am an elementary school teacher with tons of scheduling flexibility and love taking care of dogs! Walking dogs and the excitement their energy brings is a daily must! I have a big back yard and one older and very friendly Blue Heeler. We love to sit outside any chance we get and go on multiple walks a day. I do have a runner for our yard if certain dogs enjoy running around too. I can easily crate your dog if that is something you are interested in. I have a nice open house that your dog can roam freely. Any additional specific instructions you may have I will follow!

When caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I make sure they have plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, fresh water, and any meals or medications according to their schedule. I also prioritize safety, comfort, and communication by providing regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pet is happy, well cared for, and treated like family while they're away.

Koko is a smart and gorgeous covid rescue who is still leery of strangers and remains fearful of being given away. She is very much attached at the hip … to just us … so we were worried about how she would do with a stranger. Flash forward, there was no need to worry! Allegra connected with Koko right away… which is no small feat! Allegra gained Koko’s trust in no time. Like us, she took Koko on varied daily adventures… to cranberry bogs, beaches and state parks. Bottom line is … Koko absolutely adores Allegra and I think the feeling is mutual! Allegra is kind, respectful, conscientious, and communicative. She sent us lots of pictures documenting how much fun she and Koko were having together. Plus, she took wonderful care of our home! We arrived home to a happy dog and an immaculate house! Allegra obviously takes pride in doing a great job and we are tickled pink that she kept up our daily routines with Koko. We will definitely request Allegra in the future. She will ALWAYS be our first choice!”

About: I’ve cared for animals since a young age, mainly dogs and cats. I have a rescue dog of my own who I trained myself, as well as a senior cat with medical needs who is thriving. My neighbors trust me to care for their dogs with medical needs while they are away, and most recently, I started walking dogs during the day time and offering house visits while pet owners are away at work or vacationing. I love spending time outdoors and getting to know your pet and offering them the critical exercise and companionship they need to live a long healthy life! When my cat was young, we had the most wonderful cat sitter who was very in tune with animals and I said I wanted to start my own business one day like her. Well, here I am! I look forward to hearing from you to discuss your pet care needs. I enjoy walking dogs or making house visits during the week days when my children are at school (mornings, mid day, and early afternoon). I’m also available for evening and overnight visits in your home on a case by case basis. I’m looking to find clients who I can grow with and essentially become a part of the family. For now I’m offering care in your home or visits with your dog like walks, hikes, or play groups at an outdoor dog park. For overnight visits, I recommend visits 3 times in the day: once in the morning time for breakfast and a walk, once again in the afternoon, and then a night time visit as well before bedtime.
