“Angela, Paul, and Ana took amazing care of Beau! They sent lots of updates and photos of his time with them -- and it was wonderful seeing how well he was doing and knowing he was getting tons of attention while we were away! They went above and beyond, and we know Beau will definitely want to go back with them again!”

“Grigorri showed that he was passionate about animals from the very beginning. He is hospitable and recognizes the needs of a pet parent because he is a good one himself.”

“Zwany and Leandro are outstanding - so capable and communicative. We always worry when we use a new dog sitter for the first time and they did so much to put us at ease! Sending pictures, giving updates, and really paying attention to them the whole visit. Would love to gatekeep them but they deserve a ton of clients. Highly recommend.”

“Zachary and his partner (didn't get the name, sorry!) were great! Quick to reply, Zachary called and we chatted about Sam. Drop off and pick up was easy, and Sam had a blast. Will use them again in the future ?”

“Kristen and Tim are great! My little guy was having stomach issues right before I had to leave him with them for a week. They were ready to give him his pills and special food with no problem. Kristen even offered to cook chicken and rice if he needed it. They had a few dogs there but definitely took into account the type of dogs mine gets along well with. This was our second stay with them and Brody was running to the front door to see them again. He was clearly very well-loved and taken care of!”

“Ashley was terrific. I am a highly anxious dog mommy and I felt that Bertie was in safe, loving, and skilled hands. Ashley’s two dogs couldn’t have been sweeter or more welcoming to our pup, either. Ashley has a great backyard that’s well fenced and she sends lots of pictures and videos. We will definitely be returning for future dog-sitting needs. Thanks, Ashley!”

“John is the Best Dog sitter. He kept us updated with pictures of our dog. Negan loves playing with the other dogs in the home. Our dog comes home tired after leaving Johns home.”
“Nick took care of Jessie for six days and did an excellent job! We had peace of mind during our trip overseas and received a wonderful photo update about Jessies stay with her furry friends. When we leave Jessie with Nick we know that she is well taken care of. Nick always provides excellent care for our senior dog and is attentive to her needs. He comes highly recommended.”

“Elliot and Jo always take great care of Tippy when we board him with them! “Jill was an amazing pet sitter to my kitties. Litter box was scooped and neat. The kitties had plenty of attention, food and playtime with Jill. Highly recommend Jill and I am so happy to have found Jill who lives quite nearby.”

“We loved Cari! She is so sweet and caring, our shy kitty Lily took to her right away. I loved the pictures she sent, as, of course, we were having a bit of separation anxiety! Cari took care of the mail and packages, as well, and fed and played with Lily for the week we were away. Many thanks, Cari, and Rover, we love to have her help us out anytime!”

“Madeline was great! She came for a meet and greet before the visit, and then came on time for both bookings during the day we were gone, gave updates, and sent pictures. We will definitely be requesting Madeline to come back. Thank you!!”
About: I have 3 dogs of my own, all with completely different personalities, so I’m used to adapting to each dog’s needs. One has total grandma energy and just wants a calm comfy day, another is super independent and honestly acts more like a cat, and my third dog is blind so I’m very attentive and patient with routines and safety. I do twice daily feedings, daily walks, beach walks, and trail runs for high energy dogs, but I’m also just as happy staying in and giving calm companionship to dogs that prefer to relax. I’m a college athlete home for the summer, so I can keep up with super active dogs, but I’m also basically a professional nap partner for the couch potato ones. As a college athlete home for the summer, I have a pretty active and flexible routine that revolves around caring for my own dogs and yours. Daily walks, feedings, outdoor time, and exercise are already part of my schedule, whether that’s beach walks, trail runs, or just hanging out at home with calmer dogs. I’m used to planning my days around pets’ routines and making sure they get consistent attention, activity, and care. I try to make pets feel as comfortable as possible by keeping them on the routine they already know. I pay attention to feeding schedules, walks, energy levels, and little things about their personality and behavior. Having a blind dog myself made me really attentive and patient, especially when it comes to safety and creating a calm environment. I also know from my own dogs how much pets can miss their people when they’re away, so I try to give them extra attention, comfort, and company so they feel less stressed and more at ease. I love taking active dogs on walks, beach trips, or trail runs, but I’m also completely fine hanging out with dogs that just want a chill day and someone to nap next to. I’m very aware on walks, careful around other dogs, and overall just try to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their owners are away.
About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was a kid. I love all animals. But dogs are my favorite. Dogs genuinely adapt to me very well. My part time job allows me to have extra time to pick up some doggy clients during the day which I love spending time with my furry friends. I’m also available during the weekend as well. I’m really sorry but I do not offer care/ services at my home. Unfortunately my dog is reactive so I cannot take that chance with her.
About: I have experience caring for both energetic dogs who need structure and movement, as well as more sensitive pets who benefit from patience, gentle routines, and clear communication. I’m organized, responsive, and great at managing schedules—skills I use every day in my professional work and bring directly into pet care. I pay attention to details, follow instructions carefully, and make sure owners feel fully informed while they’re away. I’m a reliable and attentive weekend pet sitter based in Boston, and I take pride in creating a calm, safe, and caring environment for every animal I look after. I work a full-time remote job during the week, but on weekends I’m fully dedicated to pet care—whether that means long walks, dedicated playtime, or simply keeping your pet company and relaxed at home. As someone who values consistency and trust, I make sure every pet gets thoughtful, individualized attention. Whether your pet needs slow, steady walks, a playful activities, or lots of affection, I’m here to help your weekend feel stress-free. If you’re looking for a sitter who is responsible, communicative, and truly loves spending her weekends with animals, I’d love to support you and your pet!

About: I've been taking care of my orange cat (Pete) since I was 13, and I always love meeting and learning about people's pets! I've found that if you love and respect animals, they will often respect and love you back. I can't wait to meet your best friend!
“Tiesha was nothing short of amazing. From the get go she was very honest and thorough. It wouldn’t take her longer than an hour to answer me and she followed all my instructions to a T. I have one cat that hides and no one can find her but Tiesha made it her mission to find her and send me a picture of her every day. The other cat loves to bite and did bit her a couple times but she didn’t mind it at all lol. I truly appreciate her being a cat lady because that made all the difference. I will definitely be using her services again.”

I bring those same qualities to caring for pets and maintaining their routines. I have experience caring for cats for friends and family over many years and am especially comfortable with shy, independent, or routine-oriented cats who benefit from a calm and patient approach. I understand that every cat has a different personality, and I focus on building trust while respecting their comfort level. “We recently adopted a kitten who needed human socialization. We had Dunks on a good trajectory and Dani did a great job while we were on our trip. She also helped Logan, our older cat, feel like he was still important too! We came home to two incredibly happy cats!”

About: Howdy, I’ve been taking care of dogs and all sorts of pet and animals growing up on top of doing dog walking professionally for 2 years with little dog training implemented here and there :) I’m pretty flexible as of currently but anytime prior to 3 pm I would handle dogs and depending on the day of the week I absolutely done for later If it’s a clients home leave it the way I arrvied as well as constant communication with updates with either pics or word messages, the same goes if I was watching the client pets
“Madison from the moment I first spoke with her showed intent interest in making sure to try to get to know and understand my dog as best as she could. She has an innate talent and comfort around animals and was able to get my boy to trust her within minutes of them first meeting. She always took the time to make sure he was cared for and looked after and always went above and beyond to make sure he was always looked after. I will always feel comfortable having her look after my dog and am confident any pet in her care is in good hands.”

“I have booked with Sara twice now- for check-in and walking my Great Dane. She has been wonderful and took excellent care of Roady. She’s very responsive and sends updates, which really put me at ease. I had not used pet services for my dog before this and would 100% recommended Sara!”

About: I've been caring for cats for the past 2 years, including caring for multiple cats at once with personalized attention to each of their unique personalities and routines. I've been a cat owner for as long as I can remember, so I understand how important it is to provide a safe, calm, and loving environment. I currently have a feline companion of my own, which has given me even more hands-on experience with daily care, playtime, enrichment, and understanding feline behavior. Whether your cat is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, I'll make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you're away.
About: I've raised dogs and cats my entire life — goldens, Bernese mountain dogs, labs, and mixes — and I'm completely devoted to animals. After a decade as an institutional trader, I'm taking a year to focus on my own business and on what I love most: caring for dogs every day. That background means I'm reliable, calm under pressure, and disciplined about medication schedules, feeding routines, and clear daily updates (and great at handling unique client needs). Comfortable with puppies, seniors, anxious dogs, and high-energy breeds. I'm home full-time this year while I build my own business, so your dog has constant company — no commute, no daycare drop-offs, no long stretches alone. I'm flexible on pickup and drop-off times, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Walks, yard time, and play run on your dog's schedule, not mine. I was a trader for a decade both in the US and Asia so too late / too early doesn’t exist to me :) Your dog stays in a quiet Cohasset home with a yard for play and potty breaks throughout the day + secure porch for sun bathing! My 5yr old golden retriever, Oscar, is gentle with humans, well- socialized, and great with other dogs (he LOVES everything and everyone) — happy to do a meet-and- greet before we confirm booking to make sure everyone's a good match, or not. I’m happy if you and your pet are comfortable, that’s it. I follow your feeding, medication, and exercise routine exactly as you'd do at home, send photo updates daily, and can crate if that's part of your dog's normal routine. Smoke-free and calm environment. We have endless routes for adventures (and swimming, if cleared by you)!

About: Hi! I’m a patient and dependable cat lover who understands that every cat has their own personality. Whether your cat is playful, shy, or prefers their own space, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’ll follow your cat’s routine closely, including feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, medication (if needed), and plenty of attention at their comfort level. I’ll also send photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your cat is in good hands. My goal is to make your cat feel safe, happy, and stress-free until you get home.

About: My husband and I are both animal lovers and live in a house with great outdoor space. We are also near some great dog parks, walking trails, and the beach! We love taking care of our friends pets and would be happy to help out. My husband and I work from home and are always available for walks during the day, letting them out for the bathroom, and taking them to the park. We also have a 2 year old medium size cattle dog mix who loves to play! She can be nervous at first meetings but once she gets comfortable, she is very playful. We are a pet-loving household and spend a lot of time walking and out at the park. We know how to keep things safe for pets through years of experience watching our friends dogs as well as family dogs and we are confident that your pet will be happy and safe with us.

“Dayna agreed to take my 1 year old Shih Tzu, Jack on a last minute basis while I worked a few overnight shifts and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable leaving him with her and Paul. She sent me photo updates throughout the evening and Jack honestly looked right at home! I can’t say enough good things about them- Thank you so much Dayna, Paul, Pumpkin and Louie!!”

“Tiffany and Steve took such great care of Cooper. They sent a lot of pictures throughout the day. They also trained him and played with him. And followed his routine with walks, meal time and snacks. They made sure Cooper felt at home. I’m glad I found them on Rover. I was at ease as Cooper is generally anxious of meeting new people, but he settled in very well with them.”

About: Hi there! My name is Abby and I am an avid dog lover looking to provide some pups with extra playtime, physical activity and attention. I have been talking care of dogs for 5 years now ranging from basic training to pet sitting. Reasons you should hire me: 1. I will love your dog like my own 2. I will provide them with mental & physical activities to tire them out and have the best day possible 3. I will reinforce any training/rules you are currently try to work on at home I currently live in Quincy, MA and work from home every day of the week; therefore, I am widely available during weekdays and weekends to ensure your pet gets consistent and reliable care from someone you trust! No one knows their pet better then their owner; therefore, to ensure trust and safety I require additional information of what to expect of your pet to ensure he/she will receive the best care. Some questions I may ask you are: How is your pet on walks? Will try to chase a bird or try to jump on others to say hello? -knowing this type of information will allow me to protect your pet and ensure it has a safe environment.
About: I have loved dogs since I was little and made a habit out of asking for a puppy at every holiday. I watched/walked neighbors’, friends’, and family members’ dogs. My parents finally let me get my own pup, a yellow lab and my connection with dogs just grew from there. I have worked at a dog grooming salon so I have plenty experience with all dog types, ages and personalities. I also have experience with training as I have trained 3 of my own dogs and have assisted others with their pets. I don’t currently have any pets, but I did have a male boxer named Bentley who was high energy and super goofy. I miss being around a dog all the time and am passionate about dogs so I have finally decided to do something about it. I also love being outside and staying active so if you need someone to help out with your pup just reach out! I work full-time, but I’m trying to get into something that I am passionate about. Mondays and Tuesdays I have the most availability, but late afternoons and evenings also work for me. I have a fenced in yard and I am aware in all surroundings so that will lead to your pet staying safe. In addition, I am respectful, dependable, and not careless. I am meticulous in all I do so no need to worry when your pup is with me!
“Avery is amazing! She came over for a meet and greet with my dog, Mochi, and Mochi immediately fell in love. She is very flexible and accommodating to scheduling. Definitely a huge dog lover, treated Mochi like her own! Highly recommend!”

About: Over Feb vacation while you have to work, have your furry pup stay with us. We have plenty of space available in my home with a fenced in yard, puppy couch, and fun toys to play with! Your dog will be taken out every 2 hours and will have walks. I know how stressful it can be while you are working and worried about your dog with Potty breaks and walks. Don't have them sit in alone all day, have them come and play with us! Each dog will have their own bowl for food and water, nice couch with flat screen TV for them to watch animal channel and they will be thrilled to run out try to catch squirrels in my yard! Roof!
About: I've taken care of so many animals throughout my life. Whether it's a neighbors dog or a family friends hamster, I have always been the first to raise my hand to say I would love to. I'm in nursing school so I have a compassion for anything that has heartbeat and even stuffed animals. I will make sure any animal I take care of or walk or encounter has the best experience. I'm at nursing student, Merrimack College, and being able to take care of any pet would allow me to debrief and see a cute pet. My dog gets walk very frequently because we live in an apartment. I love hiking so he also goes with me. Being outside whether the weather it is.

“excellent dog sitter! Flexible and patient with my schedule and Dog needs. I didn't have to worry at all. My dog had a blast at the dog park and going for various walks and making friends. Responsive, kind, considerate, responsible, caring, highly recommend.”

He’s always super excited to see them, and we know that they make sure he’s stimulated and well-loved, while keeping his quirks in mind and sending us the cutest photos of him. We’re so grateful to have them as our sitters! :)”

“Have you ever been jealous of how much fun your dog seems to be having without you? That's how I felt with every update from Jennifer & Matthew. I could tell that my dog Tulsa was having a good time, just from the get go. I watched him go on a walk with Jennifer and their dog Tater Tot, and could see that he was happily walking with the two of them. He didn't even look back at me when I drove away. Genuinely would love to send Tulsa here again if I ever need boarding services, sounds like Jennifer, Matthew, & crew would be just as happy to have him again.”

“Tiffany was fantastic! Very friendly, super responsive and definitely cares for the dogs! Her little dog violet is very cute as well. Pepper stayed with Tiffany for 4 nights and I got pictures each day and short updates on how she was doing - it eased my mind as we were out of town missing her! Her apartment is also convenient to the airport! Tiffany is knowledgeable and her apartment has a great setup for dogs with a "timeout" room, a fenced in yard, a nearby park, a few other pup friends. Would definitely book Tiffany again in the future!!”

“Rachel took great care of my dog, Ivy! She sent lots of updates throughout Ivy’s time with her, which I appreciated having never left Ivy with anyone from rover and Ivy having separation anxiety.”

“Ellis had a short stay with Emily and Daniel but will definitely be back! They sent great pics and updates and were flexible when our plans shifted slightly. Their dog seemed super sweet too and it looks like the pups got along well!”

“Julie was absolutely wonderful! Our dog can be quite anxious, but we could tell by his demeanor when he came home that Julie made him feel very comfortable and cared for! We'd love to have Dodge stay with Julie again, and we are very grateful for the updates and great care Dodge received!”
