“Catherine was an amazing cat sitter and I would absolutely rebook with her again. She followed all of my care instructions very carefully and was extremely attentive to my cats’ needs while I was away. One thing that really stood out to me was how quickly she noticed an issue with my cat Bruce, who has chronic constipation. I had explained the warning signs to look out for before I left, and the very first night I was gone she noticed he was trying to use the litter box but couldn’t. She contacted me immediately, made herself available for a phone call, and followed all of the care steps I walked her through. Thankfully, Bruce improved a lot after that, and I was so grateful she caught it so early. She also sent constant updates and photos throughout the trip, so I was never left wondering how my babies were doing. Catherine house sat for two nights as well, and when I came home my apartment was exactly as I left it. I felt like my cats and home were genuinely cared for while I was away. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and compassionate pet sitter.”

I’ve worked hands-on with all breeds, sizes, and personalities — from tiny nervous pups to big energetic goofballs. Because of my grooming background, I’m extremely comfortable handling dogs who may be anxious, wiggly, shy, or need extra patience. I’m trained to read body language, keep pets calm, and make sure they feel safe and cared for at all times. I care for dogs whenever I can find the time. Even when not at work I’m looking to spend more time with pups. I’m looking to also volunteer at Kingston Animal Shelter. I pay attention to dogs and cats body languages to ensure their safety needs and emotional needs are met. I let pets come to me first so that they can feel comfortable and safe around me. I treat every pet with respect and if they do not want to say hi yet, that is totally fine with me I will feed them and clean litterbox, etc and they will warm up to me eventually. I watch puppies and young dogs very carefully so that they do not get into trouble and I always make sure the floors are puppy/dog proofed.
