“I felt confident that my pet was safe and content as Antonia seems to be a natural with dogs that aren’t perfect. She also altered her schedule and allowed me to have Additional care with no notice! So grateful…. I will definitely rebook!”

About: Hi! My name is Samantha, and I have been caring for pets around my neighborhood for about two years. As a pet owner myself with two cats, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pets. I have 2 years of hands on experience providing dedicated pet care through pet sitting for my neighbors and friends. My responsibilities have included caring for dogs, cats, and small animals of various breeds and temperaments. I follow detailed care instructions provided by each pet owner, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, and special dietary needs. Pet care is a regular part of my daily and weekly routine. I make sure pets are fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention every day. I do also work part time on certain days. When caring for pets, whether in my own home or a client’s home, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. I begin by gathering detailed information about each pet’s routine, dietary needs, medical history, and behavior. I follow any specific instructions provided by the owner to maintain consistency and reduce stress for the pet. In a client’s home, I respect their space by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all areas accessed by the pet remain secure and organized. I monitor the pet closely, engage them in appropriate physical and mental activities, and provide companionship to ensure they feel safe and cared for. Whether at home or on-site, I am attentive, patient, and responsive to each animal’s unique needs, always aiming to create a nurturing and trustworthy environment.

“Barb is the greatest and the best! We are always happy when she has an opening for us. The dog is calm and relaxed, and we get to see the walks she took while we were gone! Barb is flexible and patient with the dog and with us. Thanks, Barb!”

“Jeffrey was kind and responsible with my dog Oso. I also appreciate his patience and understanding when there was an issue with getting into my home for the visit (I accidentally had forgotten to replace the batteries in my garage door opener so had to direct him where to find a spare key). Thank you!!”

“My weird cats and I adore Allie. I volunteered at a couple of shelters / rescues and truly have some quirky cats, but Allie acted like they were as normal as they come. She was not fazed by their individual eating preferences, oral meds, and sometimes cranky attitudes. Allie also sent daily updates with photos and I have not felt this at ease traveling in a very long time. I'm sure Allie is excellent with dogs, but if you are looking for someone who is amazing with cats, this is your sitter!”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life. More specifically I have had experience caring for puppies of different breeds and sizes (Welsh corgi, bulldog, German Shepard). I work remote and am around most weekends so I have plenty of time to care for and spend time with your pet. I enjoy staying active and being outside and would love to bring your pet along on weekend and weekday walks! I am happy to play with your dog in a fenced yard, take them to the dog park or just take them on walks. When we’re inside, I like to make sure there are plenty of toys around to play with but ensure the pup is supervised while playing with toys so they don’t swallow anything they shouldn’t.
About: I love dogs but my work and travel schedule impact my ability to have my own dog. I'm looking forward to spend time and caring for your dog and all the good that will bring to all of us when I am available. I work remotely 2 days/ week with a long commute but available to care for a pet the days I am not traveling. I also travel one week each month to Arizona for family so looking to optimize my chance to care for your dog when I am in home in Pennsylvania. I live in a townhouse community that is not fully fenced and when I care for my sister's dog, I walk her on her leash around our community that loves dogs with many caring dog owners around me. We also hang out in the house and she loves to sleep on my office while I work and gives me a great excuse to disconnect from work every few hours and go for long walks in the mutiple, beautiful parks around where I live.

About: I've taken care of many kinds of dogs since I was 13. I've reliably given medications, fed, walked and bathed pets of many neighbors, friends, and family. I've played with pets with enthusiasm and energy. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from a small Shetland Sheepdog to a very large and strong Rhodesian Ridgeback. I like to think of myself as, less of a stranger to the dog, and more of a fun, friendly face that will bring many walks, snuggles, and praise! My daily and weekly routine revolves around my pet care! Being available and reliable is my number one priority! Whether your dog simply needs a midday walk because you're stuck at work or your dog needs a sitter for a couple of days, I aim to meet your needs and exceed your expectations of quality care. I am happy to come to your home where your dog feels most safe and comfortable! I want your pet to feel as little anxiety as possible. I'm sure you've built a wonderful life for your dog(s) at home and I would be happy to care for them without taking them out of their home environment. Just like if we go on vacation, coming home to our own bed, our own food, our TV set up just the way we like it, home is comforting and familiar.

“I am so happy to have Brenda to help care for our family’s new puppy. It is very reassuring to me that he has a scheduled playtime with Brenda when we have other commitments. I especially love the pictures that she sends after the visits so that we can see how much fun our little guy had. She is a wonderful sitter!”

“Elizabeth was fantastic! We loved all her updates and photos of our pets while we were away. She was so great and even brought in the many packages we received while away. Elizabeth is a total pro, we highly recommend her and will definitely request her to look after our pets the next time!”

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was a little kid. I’ve been professionally walking and sitting for over a year now. I’ve had several family members ask me to take care of their dogs and cats. I only walk two dogs Monday and Tuesday so the rest of the week I am available for a service. I work from home and can take a walk in the morning or late in the afternoon. I would be more than happy to care for your pet in the comfort of their home. I get on their level and make sure to talk calmly and let them get comfortable on their own terms
“Mark was perfect, helped out with my dog when we reached our short notice and saved us from canceling our plans. He was absolutely terrific with our dog and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for help”

“Greatest pet sitter ever! She took care of Nani so well, would definitely use her again. I loved the report cards from her visits. It made me feel safe leaving her in such qualified hands.”
