About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10! I’ve always had 3-4 pets at a time so I understand the high/low maintenance, the picky eaters, and the ones that need medical assistance. I personally have dogs that have medical issues and have to make sure their needs are met constantly. I’ve worked on a farm so I have great experience with all types of animals. Neighbors and friends rely on me #1 to walk, play, feed, and take care of their pets. I currently work part time. I will have plenty of time during the day to play, feed, walk your pups! I’m an early bird so if you’re looking for someone early in the mornings, I’m your girl! I will follow whatever your protocol is for your pets! I want them to feel as comfortable as possible with me. I look forward to meeting all of your furry friends!
“Ally was great! This was our first time using Rover and she really put our mind at ease. Ally is reliable, responsive and was great with our dog, Leeloo. We loved getting the pictures and updates and Leeloo was clearly comfortable and happy.”

I have experience with dogs, cats, and farm animals. If you want frequent updates….I gotcha. Pictures…no sweat. I’d love to help. I’m clean, communicative, responsible, and flexible. I'm here for your summer travels, last minute walks, and house-sitting needs seven days a week with flexibility to help accommodate your schedule. I have an apartment with two cats I fostered and adopted. I love to love on animals and know how important it is to find trust worthy help. I previously worked at an animal sanctuary where I cared for goats, pigs, rabbits, chickens, and cats. I take time to get to know each animal so that they feel comfortable and loved. I’m not currently caring for animals at my place right now. But I’d love to house sit or complete drop-ins for you to take good care of your babies.

“Fantastic care by Julia again - she’s one of our cat’s favorite sitters. They have such a good time and are in a better mood when we return than before we left. Highly recommend Julia.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Jenna and will absolutely use her again. This was our first time hiring her to care for our cats, and she exceeded our expectations in every way. Jenna was communicative throughout our time away, sending regular updates and photos, and was not afraid to reach out with questions when needed. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our cats were in such attentive hands. She also cleaned up any pet messes and went above and beyond, helping with our garden while we were away. What really stood out was how quickly our cats warmed up to her. One of our cats is usually shy and tends to run and hide when meeting new people, but she stayed put and happily accepted head scratches from Jenna, a true testament to her calm and caring demeanor with animals. Jenna is reliable, thoughtful, and clearly loves animals. We came home to happy cats and a well cared for house, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.”

About: I've cared for animals most of my life and have extensive experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Growing up with dogs gave me a strong foundation in feeding, exercise, grooming, and basic care. I also worked on a farm for about three years, caring for a variety of animals and developing strong handling skills and attention to their needs. Additionally, I nannied for families with dogs, assisting with walking, feeding, playtime, and daily care, and provided house-sitting services that included ensuring dogs remained safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners were away. I genuinely enjoy working with animals and am committed to providing reliable, attentive, and compassionate care. As a college student on summer break working part-time, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care throughout the week. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I enjoy incorporating walks, playtime, feedings, and check-ins into my day. Because my work schedule is limited, I am often available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, allowing me to provide reliable and consistent care that fits both your pet’s needs and your schedule. I provide care for pets exclusively in their own home, where they are most comfortable and can maintain their normal routine. Whether I’m taking your pet for walks, bringing them to the park, transporting them to appointments, or caring for them while you’re away, their safety and well-being are always my top priorities. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications, and household rules, and I treat every home with the same respect and care that I would my own. My goal is to provide dependable, attentive care while giving pet owners peace of mind that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.

10/10 super star sitter!! Not only was she very accessible via text or call but she also provided tons of pictures and video updates. We even had to book twice last minute and she accommodated us both times!! Even went as far as rescheduling a hair appointment! Once again 10/10 definitely will book again!!

Amanda was extremely conscientious and responsible taking care of my energetic dog while I was away! I could see how happy Oreo was to spend time with her with both walks and lots of cuddles from the great photos she took. Plus, Amanda really took the time pre-visit to make sure she understood Oreo's diet and personality. All round a great experience -- thank you!
I had the most lovely experience using Chelsea to take care of my senior girl! Chelsea is the sweetest and kindest Rover person I've ever used. She followed my lengthy instructions and took such great care of my Bella. No surprise she has a Star rating! I'll definitely be using her again!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
