About: I’ve had the incredible privilege of caring for my own dog, Miles, for almost 18 years. Over those years, he became so much more than a pet—he was truly a member of my family. Caring for him throughout every stage of his life taught me the importance of patience, love, consistency, and paying attention to the little things that make a pet feel safe and comfortable. I’ve also cared for my sister’s dog when she needed a sitter. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pet while you’re away. I will treat every pet in my care with the same love, attention, and respect I would want for my own. While I’m newer to pet sitting professionally, I bring nearly 18 years of hands-on experience, a genuine love for animals, and a commitment to making every pet feel happy, safe, and loved while they’re in my care. I am currently available on weekends and evenings. I am also usually free on Fridays. I could do morning visits before I go to work if needed. I have a fenced in yard at my home. I recently had to put my 18 year old dog down and the home has been very quiet and lonely. I would love to have the company of your dog. I have dog beds, bowls, leashes and treats but feel free to provide your own! I also live in a large neighborhood where I could take your pet on many walks.
“Hailey did such a great job with my two cats! She’s so sweet and attentive. She even washed the cat’s bowls for me! (I feed them canned food and told her I could just wash them when I got back from my weekend trip). She left my place better than what it was when I left. I will definitely re-book with her in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I’ve cared for my own dog for 12 years and have been pet sitting for friends, family, and others for the past couple of years. I’ve trained my dog to do many tricks and am comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, bathing, and administering oral medication. I treat every pet like family and want them to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I am a college student who is applying to allied health science programs. In the meantime my schedule is flexible, and I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. I’m available for walks and drop-in visits and will work around your pet’s normal routine and needs. I prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine while caring for them in their home. I follow your instructions carefully, keep pets supervised, and make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and care.
“I've never had a cat sitter before, but now I know I always will. Lauren did a great job with my kitties. One of them rarely shows his face for strangers and she was able to coax him out to play. I loved the peace of mind, and Lauren even went above and beyond when one of the cats had made a mess.”

“Heather came over for a meet & greet a couple days ago and was very good with our dog, Winnie! Today Heather came for a 30 minute visit right on time, taking her out and spent some time with her. Since they like each other, we’ll try boarding next!”

About: I have been dogsitting since I was about 14 years old for my neighbors, and in adulthood have become the go-to dogsitter for many of my friends. While I am not at a point in my life to have a dog of my own, I absolutely love them and have experience caring for my family dog, which is why people trust me with their babies. This started as an opportunity to get some much-needed dog time, but I have turned it into a side hustle as well! I am currently in between jobs so my schedule can be very flexible including morning, day, and night time hours. I am originally from Hatboro, PA and will be moving back there from Chicago in July. I am available beginning July 14th. I will take care of your dog or cat as if they are my own. The main reason I began pet sitting is because I love them so much, but I’m not in at a point in my life to take on having one on my own. I have extensive experience with walking and in-house sitting dating back 15 years.
About: I've taken care of cats, dogs, fish since I can remember, have loved every moment! Would love to help take care of your special family member ❤️ I'm currently devoting my time to pet care, there will be plenty of time for walks and play Monday through Friday, some Saturdays. Possibly Sundays I walk any size dog, spend time in your home to have play time, grooming time. With cats I would feed, clean box and love them

I have taken care of dog as young as puppys (8 weeks) - Elders (15 yrs) and sizing from 15lbs- 230lbs (I have an English Mastiff). I have three dogs at home right now plus a current foster and love spending my time with them as often as I can! I am currently as Bucks County Community College and have classes from 9:25am-12:05pm Monday-Thursday. Any time after that I am fully available and of course weekends as well. I love walking and being active with dogs and am very comfortable with any needed care. “Heather did a great job taking care of our 2 cats. She was very kind & flexible re: our need to change our plans twice b/c of illness, which we really appreciated. We plan to book her again.”

“So glad we found Rachel! Ace warmed up to her right away, and he was SO excited when I got home the day of her first drop-in…I swear he was trying to tell me he had a friend over 😂. Rachel is a great communicator and so sweet! Highly recommend!”

“Katie was great with our 10 year old Havanese Bailey. She was always on time and sent pictures and videos of him for every visit, which gave us peace of mind that he was well taken care of. She communicated in a timely manner and got back to us with any questions. This was our first time using Rover and we will definitely use Katie again in the future.”

Rebecca has been such a blessing to have for our sweet pup! She gives us the peace of mind that our girl is taken care of and is having some fun while mom and dad are off at work! She leaves detailed reports and I can truly tell she enjoys her time with our girl and that makes us so happy. I appreciate how communicative and personable Rebecca is and I’m so happy we found such a great fit for our little family! 💛

Tiffany’s very caring. I’m handicapped with a spinal cord injury. I needed someone’s help to take care of my puppy, and take him on walks. She helped to make sure, my puppy had clean puppy pads/water/food/attention. She was such a wonderful person to work with. Absolutely!!👍🏻 I recommend Tiffany to everyone!!! You won’t be disappointed at all. Thank you, again for everything 🙏🏻♾️ Rating: 6 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alex was great! Our dog was under a lot of stress. We had just moved to a new home and then had to leave him for 5 days, just 3 days after moving. Alex was patient and kind with my dog. He had a couple of accidents on the carpet due to stress and Alex was patient, and went out and bought calming treats for him. 10/10 would recommend Alex for every dog.

Kaylynn did a wonderful job taking care of our dog and cat while we were away. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared for them like they were her own. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. We wouldn't hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter!

Katie was wonderful! I waited too long to book our usual dog walker and came to Rover to see if I can find another one we could use. Katie came and had a meet & greet with our Great Dane and it went well. Our pup loved her! She sent pictures and updates so I never had any worries if my dog was well taken care of. We will definitely be booking Katie again!
We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter for Jackson while we were away at Penn State for graduation weekend 🎓🐾 She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for our family. Not only did she take such great care of Jackson, but she also fed our cats and gave them love and attention too. Jackson absolutely loves her… It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pets were safe, loved, and cared for while we were away. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend her ❤️

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
