About: I grew up around dogs and have loved and looked after them my whole life. As a teenager I walked and cared for local dogs in the area during my summer holidays. My most favourite part of adulthood has been getting and caring for my own dog, Sweeney, who is now nearly 4 years old and my best pal. I’m good at looking after and training puppies, as well as providing companionship to older dogs. My family dog had epilepsy so am used to administering medication and looking after dogs with additional needs. I also have a car if need be, and I live a stone’s throw away from Hackney Marshes so am always taking Sweeney for adventures on the other side of the river! I work evenings at the moment and am looking to do some dog walking/sitting during daytimes. I currently work some evenings and occasional afternoons as I work in the theatre industry. I have lots of daytime availability during the week at the moment so am looking to do some dog walking/sitting in the Hackney area. I can do local visits/sits or take your dog out with my own dog, Sweeney. I have a small fenced garden with grass and a friendly dog Sweeney who loves other dogs and will happily share her garden! I have lots of dog toys, and dogs are very welcome to play inside/out or have a snooze on our sofa. I can also sort mealtimes/medication if needed.

When I leave my dog with her, I can know for sure that he’s going to be looked after very well and I have nothing to worry about. He always gets lots of walkies, lots of playtime and he is handled with patience even when he is naughty. My dog is always happy to see her and spend time with her. She's definitely knowledgeable with dogs, she catered to Holly's anxiety of the outside world and she kept updating me throughout the day with texts and photos. “I left my cocker spaniel Maggie with Emma during the day and it couldn’t have gone better! Emma and her dog Bao are lovely and made me feel at ease right away. Emma took the two for a long walk and sent me pictures of them playing and exploring. My dog Maggie is very clingy and usually upset when we leave her at daycare, but she was calm, content, and at ease when I picked her up. Couldn’t recommend Emma more!”

“John, his partner (and Noodle) were really lovely sitters. They took the time to meet with us ahead of booking and to understand any specific requirements our dog might have. They have a lovely house and dog themselves and gave us regular adorable updates while we were away. We felt confident that our dog was having a holiday of her own while we were away and she was not happy to leave! Would definitely recommend John if you want someone caring and experienced with dogs.”

About: I have experience taking care of several dogs and am usually the go to for my friends, family and neighbours. I’m very patient, thorough and energetic with dogs so keen to share some more love and help dog owners out! I’m in the process of adopting my own dog so you’re in good hands. I work full time but have the option to be completely remote. In addition, I am allowed to have dogs in the office and it’s a WeWork so you can imagine they’re very welcoming towards dogs. I have no children or pets so I’m flexible. While I’m in a flat we have access to a garden and my neighbours have dogs too. So I’m already aware that the garden is greatly suitable for dogs, plus any dog I’m taking care of will have lots of dog friends.
