We had such a wonderful experience with Carmela. She and her roommate were incredibly sweet and loving with Sam, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing there was always someone around with him. We’re pretty sure Sam had a great time with them! They kept us updated with pictures and videos throughout his stay, which we really appreciated. Sam also has some special dietary needs, and when they ran out of the treats he could have, they were so thoughtful to go out and buy more for him. That little gesture meant a lot to us. I’m a first-time puppy owner who felt very anxious and guilty about leaving my little guy with a boarder. Buzz had such a great time with Katrina and she always sent the cutest pictures for his updates! Our flight back home was delayed and made it so we couldn’t pick Buzz up at the original time, but Katrina said no worries and was able to watch him until we got home. Would 10/10 recommend Lexi! This was the longest I’ve been away from my dog in the 5 years I’ve had her at nearly a month while I was traveling overseas. Lexi figured out the best way to communicate with time zone differences and me having limited WiFi and I received so many heart warming photos. Not only did she care for Ella, but she loved her like her own which brought a lot of reassurance when I was bit homesick for her. We hope to see Lexi again in the future!

This is my second time having Milo stay with Eric & Eunjin, and I’m so glad I came back! My flight was delayed, and they were so understanding and accommodating. Nicholas was so good with my dog Ocean! Very attentive, gave home plenty of exercises. Ocean can get separation anxiety and unsettled in new places, but he seemed to settle and feel comfortable with Nicholas fairly quickly! Would highly recommend and would book again when in town!
