Providing complimentary treats. Very flexible and professional. She took our Milo (dog) with open arms and I felt completely comfortable while being in another country! Ruben’s place is the equivalent of the coveted middle school overnight gym sleepover except all the kids have four legs. Every tail wagger wants to go! Ace even kept staring at the front door when we left. That’s how you know he had a good time and made awesome friends.”

“I’m so grateful I found this kind couple. My senior dog can be somewhat grumpy and likes to sleep a lot. They were understanding and let him curl up in his blanket. I received updates and pictures. They let me know he was eating and going for walks and were responsive in a very timely manner when I asked how he was doing. I highly recommend them and would use them again to care for my dog.”
