Loving Caring Fun Home
My focus is on Daycare and Overnight Stays. My home does not have any pets or children and my backyard is 100% enclosed. I work from home which means I will be with your pup all day and I only take in one family at a time. I have experience giving medication and have found that all pets become comfortable in my home quickly. We have two women living in this home, if your pet is not comfortable around men, we would be a great fit.

Pax had such a fun time at Karen’s house! They played a lot of frisbee and she had tons of toys for him to play with. Karen was super on top of things, very kind, and she sent us lots of pictures and updates! Pax seemed completely at home and totally at ease there. Thank you Karen!!
Karen was fantastic. Our Great Dane stayed with her and she sent lots of updates, was responsible and timely, and our dog loves her. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Sophie had another wonderful stay with Karen and her family—her second Thanksgiving with them! Karen kept us updated with plenty of adorable photos of Sophie enjoying the many toys, exploring the yard on her walks, and relaxing comfortably. She also took great care with Sophie’s medications, which we truly appreciate. Over the past year, Sophie has had several excellent stays with Karen, and each one has been consistently positive. We’re already looking forward to her next visit!
Can't express enough how happy we are. First time using Rover and having Karen sit for our 2 pets. They immediately fell in love with her and had a lovely stay. Great communication and several updates a day with happy smiling pup pics put our minds at ease. We're already planning our next few get aways, guilt free, as the pups will have a loving, safe vacation too.
Karen was amazing! Our dog loved staying with her and enjoyed lots of playtime in her beautiful yard. We are looking forward to using her again in the future!

Schedule
I am currently working from home and have plenty of time to spend taking care of your pet. Going for walks during my lunch hour, letting them out several times a day and playing at many of the close parks after work. My day allows for attention to be given.

Safety, trust & environment
My yard is fenced in completely with no dogs on either side. Any stairs in my house can be closed off if needed. I have a large crate, beds in every room and outside shade when needed. Taking care of an elder dog for years has made me aware of any changes that can take place with your pet that require any special attention.
A typical day
Several walks a day, lots of different sized toys, large enough yard to play fetch. I also have a dog pool that can be set up when the temperature is hot outside.
