About: Hi, I’m Haley, my dog skipper and I work from home. I have the space and would love to host dogs in our home. Skipper is a huge fan of sleepovers and I love all dogs! I work from home so aside from meetings (occasionally offsite) I’m typically home and have a big yard for dogs to enjoy! I also love to take walks and trip to the park if the dog enjoys it! Any dog in my house becomes a member of the family, they’re allowed to sleep in bed with me or lounge on the furniture. I have a huge fenced in yard for them to roam in and provide frequent walks for exercise.

About: Back when I was 4, my family used to have a pet cat named Jade but I called her Jadey. She was a Calico. She was a very nice cat and was the first cat I had. As I got older, I had another cat named Talia, and she had a spunky personality. She was a long-haired tuxedo cat, and I loved her. And before I transferred back to Illinois for schooling, I helped volunteer at a humane society in Terre Haute, Indiana, and I used to care for kittens and cats. My duties there were to clean their litter boxes, water, and food bowls, and change their blankets. I also had the opportunity to have enrichment time with them. I feel as though lots of people want dogs but don’t care to learn how to properly take care of them so, I go above and beyond to take care of the dogs I am able to take care of within my power. I would like to have a meet and greet before I take on any assignments. I am a TA for Oak Park 97 school district. I love animals; especially dogs. I have a degree in Zoology and seek a career working with animals. I usually am free after 3:30 pm Monday through Friday and have open availability most weekends. I try to respond to messages as soon as possible and will work to accommodate your pets needs as best as I can. I make sure that my client’s pet’s feel safe as possible when they’re with me. While walking, I won’t let the client’s dog interact with other people or dogs because you never know how dogs will react with strangers or other dogs. That is unless the owner gives me permission to do so. If feeding is required I will make sure that the dog gets the appropriate amount of food for their breed or per the owner’s instructions. If need be I will also play with the dog and make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise that they need.

About: I had a rescue dog and took care of him for several years. I also took care of my mom’s senior dog who had vision and bladder control issues. I also don't like to use flexi leashes due to possible risks and will use my own 6 ft leash just in case you don't own one. Some days that's my only exercise honestly! Lol We love to go on walks. My neighborhood is great for dog walking. My home is very dog friendly with lots of different sleeping possibilities for pets. I have separate areas for feeding dogs so no one is competing for food.
About: I am a human nurse and have a dog with hemiplegia, so I am well-versed in bladder expression and monitoring for injury. Having 3 special needs pets, means I know how to administer oral medication, eyedrops, injections, and topicals I am not an early riser so if you have a late night out, midnight is not a problem! My availability varies upon my work schedule. I will follow the instructions the pawrents have left. Give all the scritches and love your pet deserves and is accustomed to with photos updates and video

“Gabriela and Richard were so kind and sweet with my toy poodle! They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! My girl was very happy when I picked her up and I would absolutely rebook Gabriela and Richard! Highly recommend!”
“Shout out to Jasmine! Such a great experience with her! My dog Bulleit is a high-maintenance Border Collie who needs a lot of attention from his humans, so finding the right sitter has always been challenging and honestly gives me a lot of anxiety. And Bulleit said Jasmine is his favorite sitter, since he usually roasts me and barks at me for at least 1mins upon his pickup from daycare/boarding, but this time there’s no complaint🤣 Jasmine made everything so easy for me😭She’s incredibly caring and loving, and she kept me updated on how my dog was doing with lots of cute pictures. You can also tell that she has plenty of experience with different kinds of dogs and really knows how to make them feel comfortable. And doggos don’t lie, you can simply tell from their behavior whether they like their sitter and whether they’ve been treated well. I could tell that my dog felt genuinely happy, comfortable, and secure staying with Jasmine. For the first time, I was actually able to relax while I was away instead of constantly worrying about him. Highly recommend!! ❤️🐶”
“Roman was Charise’s first ever Rover dog and we were really happy to have connected with her for our 5-day trip. Charise was a great sitter—she sent detailed updates about how Roman was doing with Navi and hope he was settling in while we were away. Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”
