Work from home; your dog = coworker
I have always been a dog lover (but I’m allergic to cats, unfortunately - sorry no kitty requests!) I grew up with a miniature pincher that lived to be 15 years old. Now, I have a poodle mix that is just over a year old (male, neutered) He is my baby! I often petsit my friends dogs as well so I have experience caring for different types of dogs. I would love to care for a new pup! I can provide frequent updates (pictures, etc) because that's what I love to receive when I trust others to watch my baby.

Another great stay with Serena (and Kevin) :)
We are new to Rover and were hesitant about leaving our little Milo with a sitter for the first time. Serena was kind, flexible, and very communicative during our paid trial visit. She asked all the right questions, checked to make sure she understood Milo's schedule and daily needs, and sent photos throughout the stay to let us know how he was doing. We felt safe leaving Milo with Serena as she has great reviews and is very mindful to ensure any dog she cares for is a good fit for her little guy Kevin. Kevin was amazing, by the way. Thank you, Serena and Kevin, for being such great sitters for Milo today! We will be sure to book again!
Serena was awesome! Made me feel comfortable boarding Bella for the first time, and regularly sent photos and videos showing a contented Bella thoroughly enjoying her “vacation.” I will certainly board Bella with Serena if/when the need arises.
Serena was so nice and flexible with my schedule and my Buttons seemed relaxed and comfortable.
Serena was great, she sent alot of photos and updates of our pup. Our baby felt safe and had so much fun playing with her dog. I would definitely use her again when in the area!

I work from home so I am available to be with your pet throughout the day +take breaks to walk and play with them too! **Day care requests that are over 8.5 hours will have an additional cost.

I will communicate to you prior and ensure to follow the directions that you want me to follow ( for example: I allow my dog on bed but if you don't then I won't be the one to ruin the hard work you put in to train your dog). Dogs safety is my top priority and I would take your dog's safety as if he/she was my own. For boardings - I do live in an apartment that has a gated courtyard at my front door, adding an extra layer of protection! Please note: My dog always stays with me for all house sittings, boardings, etc. Please do not request me if your dog is not friendly to other dogs or is not up to date with their vaccinations as my dog's safety is not up for compromise. Please note: No cat requests - I am allergic :(

Walks, park (on leash), back rubs, belly rubs and more! We love to walk to Balboa Park or just around North Park. We will let you and your dog decide! If your dog likes to relax more, I'd love to relax too.
