“Otis was WONDERFUL. We couldn't have higher praise for him. We originally had another Rover scheduled for boarding, and she canceled on us 3 hours before we were supposed to head to the airport. Otis helped us last minute and arrived right on time to save us. Our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy is a highly energetic handful, and Otis kept her entertained and stimulated the entire weekend. Our dogs loved hanging out with him, and he was great about sending us picture updates throughout the day. The house was also in even better condition than when we left it. Otis was the best dog sitter and house guest, and we would 100% always book him if we could.”

“Munder was amazing with Mocha. We had a great Meet & Greet. I hired him for 7 days to stay at my home with our 4 year old dog. He coordinated with our regular dog trainer and kept in touch daily (multiple times at my request). Munder left the house in clean condition and our dog was safe, healthy and happy. I have never left my dog for more than 1 night in 4 years and I appreciated his patience with me as a nervous pet parent. I will definitely hire Munder again.”

Once I left they sent me regular updates and I never had to worry about whether or not my kitten and dog were in good hands. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure I was updated. I’ve never used Rover but I definitely will again. I also will definitely be using Levi. “Nicole was phenomenal with my big, excitable, very opinionated pitbull - Juniper. I was gone for a full week and it was the first time I’d met Nicole. We did a meet and greet and she asked fantastic questions. She checked in a few days before my trip and arrived right on time the day I flew out. Throughout the week I was comforted by little updates and FANTASTIC pictures of Juni (honestly I don’t know how she did it because I haven’t been able to get a good pic out of Juni in months). She asked good questions throughout the week when needed and was super communicative. I got my times mixed up on the Rover app in regards to when I’d be returning and Nicole stopped by the house outside of the agreed upon times to make sure June got her dinner and a final pee. She also changed my bedsheets and folded my laundry??? Truly above and beyond - Juni (and my home and space) were well taken care of. Cannot recommend Nicole enough!”

“Callie was extremely communicative since day 1 of reaching out to her, we did a meet and greet and the dogs seemed instantly bonded with her and she asked a bunch of questions to really get to know their schedules and personalities. During our stay she provided us with updates and pictures and when we came home the house was spotless and the dogs were so happy. She is an extraordinary caretaker and even more talented artist! I’m so glad we went this route instead of the dog hotel this time around because my dogs are so much happier and healthier because of Callie. Anytime I had a special request she was there to help me out. Thank you so much.”

“Deven is great! He took care of Lilith for more than 3 weeks and kept us updated regularly. He sent photos and FaceTimed us, took her on walks and got her pup cups. Made our time away from our baby better and less worrisome. We definitely recommend Deven! He even stayed late on the last day cause my flight was delayed and I needed him to take care of Lilith a bit more.”
