She was patient, understanding, and clearly cared about doing things right for Azula. She sent us many thoughtful photos throughout the stay, and it was obvious Azula was comfortable, happy, and safe in her care. I had a great experience with Michael, he did great with Pogo while I was away! Lots of picture updates and it looked like she had a blast. Pogo came home happy, healthy, and tired from so much play. I needed to change the dates a little bit and Michael was very flexible and accommodating. Will definitely rebook with Michael.
Maellen and Monty helped us out a LOT. They were accommodating and responsive not only once, but TWICE. Ran into a scenario where Bo got grumpy with one of our visiting family and had to immediately be separated. A few days later, a planned family event went awry and that led to a fury of changed plans for the next two days ... and this M&M team stood by while we tried to figure out what do to with Sissy. They really took care of our beagles and made them feel right at home.
We were really nervous leaving our Demi for the first time. Kimberly was reassuring and sent daily updates. Demi did not come back with any bad habits; she seemed extremely happy, and I would definitely use Kimberly again. She cares deeply for the pets she cares for.
This was my first time leaving my two dogs overnight at a strangers house and I'm so glad it was with Marissa!! She both reassured the dogs, AND she also was reassuring to me - and that helped a lot. She sent me updates and photos and took really good care of my two dogs that were not at all used to staying somewhere other than my house. It felt to me like she got to know each dog personally, not just give them food and shelter for the night... I would certainly book with her again when the need arises!!
Highly recommend Adam! He provides updates throughout the stay and his dog gets along great with my husky and golden retriever. My dogs love coming to his house for stays! They learned how to use the dog door to his fenced in backyard right away and make themselves right at home. Adam has been a consistent Rover for 3 years now for my dogs. I can’t say enough good things about the care my dogs received. I had to leave my three very anxious dogs overnight during a stressful move, and she went above and beyond to make sure they felt safe and comfortable. She didn’t just watch them, she truly cared for them, paying attention to their needs and giving them patience and reassurance. Knowing they were in such good hands gave me real peace of mind during a chaotic time. I picked them up calm and well cared for, which says everything.
