I've had animals all my life. As of last year, we are now pet-free and I'm really missing their company. I would be honored to love on your pet while you can't be there. I will take them on daily walks and follow your instructions to a T. I will reinforce any training you've done, and maybe teach a new trick or two!

Maellen is a great sitter for our Lili. She is very well taken care of by her when we have left her with Maellen.
Maellen did a great job taking care of Cassie. She sent lots of pictures and videos, which we appreciated. Cassie enjoyed playing with the other dogs Maellen was watching and came home happy and exhausted.
Excellent experience! Sitter sent me a lot of pictures, video and updates about my happy dog. Could tell she was having a great time and in amazing hands and care. Will definitely rebook!
Maellen was fantastic with Sam. Very caring and fun. He had a great time staying with her family. I would definitely rebook her in the future.

Schedule
I only work a couple of hours a day, so will have loads of time with your pup. Please, no drop offs or pick ups after 9:30 PM.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced yard, a large, medium, and small crate, plus a nice doghouse outside with dog beds in it. We really prefer crate-trained dogs for boarding. Please, THEY MUST GET ALONG WITH OTHER DOGS for your dog’s sake as well as my other furry guests.
A typical day
A typical day would include fun games in the back yard, a walk or two in the neighborhood to explore all the sights and sounds, and some cuddle time. If you allow it, they will have a treat- time, while practicing their manners and tricks.

- Let me know if your dog has any special needs or issues I need to know about. My grandchildren (ten and under) come over to my house frequently, so the dogs I watch NEED TO BE CHILD-FRIENDLY as well as they need to GET ALONG WITH OTHER DOGS, and preferably CRATE TRAINED. I try to take only two at a time unless they’re from the same household (with the occasional overlap of more), so your pup will definitely get special and individual attention. They become a part of our family for the time they are with us!
