I got daily pictures and updates so that I never had to worry 🥰 Our dog needs daily medicine and they had no problem making sure she got it, they were even able to get around her pill defenses by putting it in cream cheese (a new trick I'm definitely adopting)! I was especially happy to hear how well our dogs got along and that lots of play and tug of war sessions were had 😄 Pepper was treated like family and we'll absolutely rebook next time we have to go away.”

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

“Melissa and Carlos are amazing! We couldn’t have been happier with the care Watson received. We received several pictures daily throughout the week. They took him on walks and just treated him with so much love. When we picked him up they said if he wasn’t in such a loving home they would want to keep him. They went beyond out expectations. All 3 of my dogs have some type of health issue that requires daily medication, they’re on an annoyingly specific diet because my geriatric dog needs the extra inventive to eat regularly, and although they’re sweet they’re a bit wild. They love him and are always happily tired when it’s time to go home. He also always has their supplies packed and ready for me when I get back to pick them up. 10/10!”
