About: I have experience walking dogs for regular families, as well as pet sitting both dogs and cats for extended periods of time. I’ve also had a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets. I’m patient, attentive, and dependable, and I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away! I currently work full-time, but that doesn’t stop me from giving your pets the care and attention they deserve! I’m an early riser who loves starting my mornings with a walk, so I would be more than happy to stop by before work to take care of your pet. I also often have hour-long lunch breaks, which I’m more than willing to use to check in on your pets and give them some extra love and attention. I typically finish work around 3:30–4:00 PM (and around 3:00 PM on Fridays), leaving my evenings open for additional visits or walks. On weekends, I am fully available and happy to accommodate all your pet care needs! :) Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority, and when caring for them in your home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine to make sure they remain stress-free and happy! I make sure to follow all care instructions closely, and I remain very attentive during walks and visits to ensure a safe environment for both me and your pet! About: I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, from judgy chihuahuas to laid-back Bernese mountain dogs. I’ve taken care of them from their playful puppy days through their senior years. About: I’ve been caring for dogs that my family had ever since I was 10 years old. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities due to my job as a vet technician! I currently have a Portuguese Water Dog who I take on daily trail walks or to the field for exercise and play. I prioritize safety, fun, and lots of love—I treat every dog like family. I can help reinforce basic commands, provide mental stimulation games, and keep you updated with photos and videos so you feel connected while you’re away. Whether your pup needs long walks, playtime, or just extra snuggles, I’ll make sure they’re happy and cared for like my own! I currently Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday for majority of the day until around 4 pm. Monday and Tuesday I have off of work so I am totally free those days. I would be able to help with pet care after my job the days I work or anytime during my off days! I know plenty of dog-friendly fields/parks and scenic trails where your pup can enjoy exercise and mental stimulation in a secure way. At home, I have a friendly Portuguese Water Dog who loves to play. Dogs are welcome on the bed and furniture for maximum comfort—just like family at my place!
About: I have been caring for my grandparents dogs while they go on vacation ever since I was 10, always making sure they were walked, fed, and kept in clean conditions. Caring for animals is never about just getting the job done for me, I genuinely love animals of all kind and enjoy interacting with them and getting to know each pets personality. Emma was wonderful with Benny while we were away. She was very reliable, kept me updated every day, and paid close attention to his food, water, and overall behavior. I really appreciated how thoughtful and communicative she was, especially since Benny can be a little cautious with new people. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was checking on him every day. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
