I am certified as a veterinary assistant in NY through HVCC. I worked at a veterinary clinic for one year. I have been around cats and dogs all my life. I have even fostered multiple cats and dogs and helped them get adopted. I have also run cross-country in high school, so I have a lot of energy and endurance for dogs that need more time outside.

My pets at home require different care. I have a super hyperactive dog whom I take out every 3 hours for 15 minutes. I also have four cats, and I clean their litter boxes (including vacuuming and mopping the area) daily. My pets are fed twice a day. I trim their nails when needed (my dog about once every 2 weeks and my cats once a month). I also brush and groom them. I have trained all my pets basic commands (NOT Certified), including my cats.

As always, Amberleigh provided super frequent and detailed updates while I was out of state for the week! My 3 cats and 2 dogs love when she visits and were very happy and healthy when I got home. I’m sure they’re already looking forward to the next time I leave 😅
Amberleigh was able to accommodate a last-minute request and provided daily updates with photos of my babies, which gave me great peace of mind. I appreciate her communication and care!
Amber is enthusiastic, friendly and very good with our “Covid” dogs - who were not socialized well when we got them during the pandemic. She is very patient and understanding of their needs.

Schedule
I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your furbaby or furbabies! I'm available for services on weekends and weekdays. I enjoy walking every day; I walk at least 5 miles a day and would love company.
